The most effective way to dose HCG?

I see people take so many different approaches on how they use HCG, I am trying to figure out the best way. I have it on hand and I just started my cycle last week. Should I be pinning this EOD like some say or wait until further in or what. Im confused as fuck.

To keep them from shrinking one 500iu pin each week worked best for me. My doc's preferred protocol is 350iu 2x but he has no problem with .25x3. That is for the duration of cycle/trt. IDK what would be best to bring them back after they atrophied.

Start low with 250ius 2x a week. If you need more bump ot up to 500ius. I even used 500ius 1x a week like damgar and it work too. I just noticed with the higher dose i got more acne, probably from more aromatization.
