turn off email help please

I am no newbie to the boards but i cant figure out how to stop getting an email every time i someone post?? Thanks

Go to settings at the top of the page.
Select general settings from the menu on the left.
Scroll down to messaging and notifications.
Select "Do not subscribe"


You'll need to do this from the desktop site.
