I currently workout 4-5 days a week with 2 of them being cardio/ab workouts.
I find that I like to hit all the main body parts everyday. with a focus on legs/back/arms after hitting the larger groups while trying to get my legs and back in line with my chest due to mostly chest workouts when I was younger. Here's a snap of my regular leg day
