Why use hgh and igf lr3 at the same time?
 
Great looking pak there my friend ! I always love to see guys compete . Is this your first ? How's your run going to pan out ? Contest prep is an art . Even pro's who have been doing this for 15 yrs have a hard time nailing it sometimes . Best of luck to you brother ! From your avatar it looks as though you have put on alot of size since the last one . Congrats !
 
Igf-1 is the main cause of growth when using gh so it makes a little bit of gh go a long ways.

I dropped the IGF1-LR3 this cycle of test/hgh due to honest confusion on how to freaking run it… Wanting to swith to IGF-DES pre workout and MGF post workout for simplicity…. I can't figure out how to dose IGF1-LR3 ….

I read pre workout injection will inhibit natural MGF secretion… so idk conflicting theories and i can't pick one

Right now being 12 weeks out I'm just doing the gh full dosage(4iu) in the AM. When I start throwing everything else in especially the igf at 8 weeks out I'm sure the protocol will change, and I'll have to get back to you then. I'm following my coaches instructions/guidance and just wanted to have everything on hand ahead of time.

Btw, Des immediately pre and Mgf immediately post followed by a Gh IM shot 15 minutes later is a solid protocol if you want to go that route.

Good to know. I want to run this FOR SURE. However. Im thinking subq HGH pre workout may be okay too since it takes maybe an hour or so to get in the system? If not, maybe HGH subq immediately post workout with the peptides IM….will take at least 15-30 mins to hit the system from what i understand. I haven't pinned peptides IM with insulin syringes in a while so I'm a bit weary of adding in the GH IM… Im a pussy lol

Cliffs:
a) DES I.M. pre workout in lagging muscles and/or msucles im training
b) MGF I.M. post workout in same muscles (or does it matter?)
c) HGH subq at the same time as "b)"

Any pointers or advice?

Thanks bud! And yes this is my first competition....very very exciting. Just enjoying the process right now. Loving every minute of it !

Right now I'm 12 weeks out, just finished my bulk and put on plenty of lean mass, which was the goal to put on as much as possible before the cut. So now I dropped down to 200mg of test enan/ week and will cruise on that and 4iu rips/ day until 8 weeks out and that's when the real fun will start.

I'm currently doing a modified keto diet and still in a caloric surplus at the moment with glycogen filling carb refeeds every week. Pretty soon though the refeeds will be long gone and we will be dropping fats so my body is forced to go to bf stores for fuel. Will start this the same time we throw the tren in I'm sure.

Like I said I just wanted to get all my supplies ahead of time and be 100% g2g come 8 weeks out when it's go time. But the cycle will look like something alone these lines:

Weeks 1-8
Test enan 200mg/ week
Tren ace 500mg/ week
Proviron 75mg/ day
Rips 4iu/day

Igf 100mcg/ day (??)
T3 50mcg/ day (??)
Clen 2 weeks on 2 off (??)

May incorporate some test prop towards the end, up the tren and provi dose at the end, include a back end oral like winny or halo etc - everything is subject to change and will do as my coach says..should have the final layout soon but just focussing on the task at hand now..not trying to get ahead of myself.

Only problem is, I workout 3 days on, one day off… repeat.
Lastly, I take 2 iu morning and afternoon not close to meals. Is your method above superior, or is two doses per day (2iu + 2iu) as good or better than a single dose (4iu)?

I am a huge fan of the green lady. she really helps me out when i am prepping for my shows ! the one thing i have never tried by her is her tren ace. i have tried MTR (blew my mind) but not her ace....how do you like man ?

I'll let you know 4 weeks from now when I kick it off lol, have not used hers before but looking very forward to it.

I belive I saw Lou say something about being able to run more than normally with less sides compared to other brands - possibly because of better quality...correct me if I'm wrong Lou but one of the vets on here said that, and if so I can't wait till it's my turn to give it a go. Also I plan on the 75mgs of provi to help keep my head cool with it's anti depressant properties. Should be an awesome run and one for my personal record books.

I kicked off my current tren e blast with 20 days of AY tren ace 50mg/ED .... loved it! My only regret is not running it all the way thru alongside the tren e ... the everyday pins were getting a little old tho. Fairly instant strength increase and noticeable increase in aggression and focus in the gym ... other than that, no real sides to speak of at that dose... pip was noticeable but nothing to cry about. Shit is awesome in my opinion ;-)

I would love to do HGH and/or IGF but the wife draws the line at conventional juicing. The HGH-IGF combo sure has my interest piqued though :thinking:
 
Niceeeee. i am going to have to order some tren ASAP when she gets back. debating on tren ace or E. will be running it as a bulker along side a gram of test so maybe ill go with E. pin them both e3d.

haha I should be fine with 8 weeks of ed pins....pre loaded slin pins will be my savior ;)
