Why use hgh and igf lr3 at the same time?
Igf-1 is the main cause of growth when using gh so it makes a little bit of gh go a long ways.

I dropped the IGF1-LR3 this cycle of test/hgh due to honest confusion on how to freaking run it… Wanting to swith to IGF-DES pre workout and MGF post workout for simplicity…. I can't figure out how to dose IGF1-LR3 ….
I read no more than 50mcg pre-workout from Dan C. who seems pretty knowledgeable

Btw, Des immediately pre and Mgf immediately post followed by a Gh IM shot 15 minutes later is a solid protocol if you want to go that route.

Great looking pak there my friend ! I always love to see guys compete . Is this your first ? How's your run going to pan out ? Contest prep is an art . Even pro's who have been doing this for 15 yrs have a hard time nailing it sometimes . Best of luck to you brother ! From your avatar it looks as though you have put on alot of size since the last one . Congrats !
Good to know. I want to run this FOR SURE. However. Im thinking subq HGH pre workout may be okay too since it takes maybe an hour or so to get in the system? If not, maybe HGH subq immediately post workout with the peptides IM….will take at least 15-30 mins to hit the system from what i understand. I haven't pinned peptides IM with insulin syringes in a while so I'm a bit weary of adding in the GH IM… Im a pussy lol
Cliffs:
a) DES I.M. pre workout in lagging muscles and/or msucles im training
b) MGF I.M. post workout in same muscles (or does it matter?)
c) HGH subq at the same time as "b)"
Any pointers or advice?
This is what I recommend:
For example if you workout 4 x's a week @ let's say 1:30pm.....
Pre Workout:
DES Bi Lat @ 1:20 PM
Post Workout:
MGF Bi Lat @ 2:30 PM
HGH IM @ 2:45 PM
Non Workout Days :
HGH SubQ @ 8:00 AM
Peg MGF SubQ @ 12:00 PM
Being that you pin IGF-LR3 only 4 times per week, and Peg MGF on the off days, it enables you to run them longer before desensitization occurs.
(This is partly from a protocol that OSL put together and I consider his advice and knowledge golden)

Niceeeee. i am going to have to order some tren ASAP when she gets back. debating on tren ace or E. will be running it as a bulker along side a gram of test so maybe ill go with E. pin them both e3d.
Nice stack, I just started her Boldenone/Mast E/Test 402 a few weeks ago. I'm also running 200mg Tren E for an extra "pop", then later on will be dialing it up with her Tren Ace and var. No contest prep here, just joy riding for summer
I would love to do HGH and/or IGF but the wife draws the line at conventional juicing. The HGH-IGF combo sure has my interest piqued though
I kicked off my current tren e blast with 20 days of AY tren ace 50mg/ED .... loved it! My only regret is not running it all the way thru alongside the tren e ... the everyday pins were getting a little old tho. Fairly instant strength increase and noticeable increase in aggression and focus in the gym ... other than that, no real sides to speak of at that dose... pip was noticeable but nothing to cry about. Shit is awesome in my opinion ;-)
