What's up guys? I was referred to this forum by a friend/member here. Been training for a few yrs, but got serious about 3 yrs ago with prepping to step up on stage. I'm looking to hit my first NPC show in the late spring 2014. I'm on my off season diet right now since i'm 6'3" and need to pack on some heavy weight to really fill out. My cutting is easy, its breaking the weight plateau im stuck at of 224lbs that I struggle with regardless of what I take and eat. Well, I'll talk to some of you soon!
