It great cardio. Not going to do much in the muscle building department. Youll get lean butn you might also burn some muscle in the process.
 
I think its to much like work. Im pretty lean so you wont see me doing this, but it has its place. I guess if dropping some BF is your goal try it out, but like Z82 said muscle loss could happen to an extent.
 
I've done P90x for 5 years. It is an awesome conditioning program that will also produce that "fit" look (lean/muscular) if you follow a good diet.
 
I tried it once, you need to be dedicated to doing it, otherwise you will get tired of the program and quit.
