A little about myself. I'm 32, 5'6" and 205# I oly lift in the am 3 days a week, and Crossfit 5 days a week. My diet is mainly paleo with some grains( need the extra carbs on hard cardio days) I have worked out the last ten years off and on and the last two years non stop.
