Well Guys I've been contemplating this for awhile but really lacked the knowledge of how to do it so that's why I'm here.
I'm 22 5'5 at 140lb. Wanted to get some advice on a beginner cycle, pct the whole spiel. Open to all advice and ideas, Thank you. :confused:
