Hello fellow iron warriors! Just wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself. I'm a 22 yr Army Vet who's 51 yrs old and still rockin the iron. I'm 5'9" tall and about 190ish pds. I was up to 225 (heaviest I've been) over the winter while bulking. So, lost about 35 lbs and feel great. I still lift like a crazy man
