New here, long time lurker. I am finally ready to pull the trigger. I have ordered before, but I sold it to a friend as I was not ready at that time.
I am currently sitting at 20% bf. 5'9, 250 pounds. I have been training serious for 3 years, and used to lift casually for a better part of my younger years.
My raw lifts are 585 dead, 515 squat and 350 bench.
My question is regarding body-fat, I wanted to use my first cycle as a step to cut while still maintaining/gaining strength.
