Big Thanks to PSL and Vision for hooking me up. This is my first log on the forum here so please go gentle. I am hoping to make PSL proud. They gave me a chance and I am going to do everything I can to make this a great log. I will be taking Clen for the next 12 weeks. I am 5’5 156lbs at the moment. I have been stressed over the last 6 weeks from moving from NY to Arizona. No gym, not eating right and did I SAY STRESS!!! My goal would be to lose 20-25lbs over the next 3 months while using this, but I am realistic. So lets see what happens.
The packaging of the product was very discret and looked like a regular package in the mail. Which is always good. The tabs are 40mcg and I will outline my plan for the next 12 weeks of how I plan to take them.
Week 1-2: 20mcg
Week 3-5: 40mcg
Week 6-8: 60mcg
Week 9-10: 80mcg
Week 11-12: 100mcg
If anyone has suggestions let me know. I will be also taking Potassium 595mg daily for muscle craps. I have heard that some people take Taurine as well? Also heard about Benadryl after 4 weeks of use but read mix reviews. Any thoughts?
Diet:
6 days as follows:
Meal 1: 4 egg whites 1 piece of bread
Meal 2: 1 scoop Protein 10 almonds
Meal 3: 6 oz tuna and salad
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken, beef, or steak 4-6 oz rice or potatoes
Something like that. Not exact but pretty close
1 day as follows:
Meal 1: 4 egg white with veggies and 2 pieces of bread
Meal 2: 1 scoop Protein 10 almonds
Meal 3: 6 oz tuna 4-6 oz rice, baked potato os sweet potato
Meal 4: 6 oz steak, beef, or chicken 4-6 oz rice or potato
Again something to that effect. I love oatmeal so I know it will be in there somewhere as a substitute.
Cardio 3-4x a week either on the elliptical or treadmill. I will also be walking my Pitbull who I will post pics of for at least 20 mins a day. Also living in Arizona now I will probably riding my bicycle instead of inside cardio.

Lunges 3x10
Glute Bridges 3x10
Lat Pulldowns 3x10
DB Curls 2x10
Day 2:
Deadlifts 3x5
Hamstring Curls 3x10
Military Press 2x8

Leg Ext 2x10
Bulgarin Split Squats 2x10
Cable Rows 2x10
Front and Side Raises 2x10
BB Curls 2x10
Day 5:
Sumo Deads 3x5
Goblet Squats 2x10

Flyes 2x15
Pushdowns 2x10

After first dose today a little bump in my energy not much but was there. Was a little more thirsty as well. Also will be posting FOOD PORN as well cause I love to cook. May not sound great based on diet but I will hook it up. Don’t worry. If I need to add anything let me know.
