Hey Guys and Gals:
Big Thanks to PSL and Vision for hooking me up. This is my first log on the forum here so please go gentle. I am hoping to make PSL proud. They gave me a chance and I am going to do everything I can to make this a great log. I will be taking Clen for the next 12 weeks. I am 5’5 156lbs at the moment. I have been stressed over the last 6 weeks from moving from NY to Arizona. No gym, not eating right and did I SAY STRESS!!! My goal would be to lose 20-25lbs over the next 3 months while using this, but I am realistic. So lets see what happens.
The packaging of the product was very discret and looked like a regular package in the mail. Which is always good. The tabs are 40mcg and I will outline my plan for the next 12 weeks of how I plan to take them.
Week 1-2: 20mcg
Week 3-5: 40mcg
Week 6-8: 60mcg
Week 9-10: 80mcg
Week 11-12: 100mcg
If anyone has suggestions let me know. I will be also taking Potassium 595mg daily for muscle craps. I have heard that some people take Taurine as well? Also heard about Benadryl after 4 weeks of use but read mix reviews. Any thoughts?
Diet:
6 days as follows:
Meal 1: 4 egg whites 1 piece of bread
Meal 2: 1 scoop Protein 10 almonds
Meal 3: 6 oz tuna and salad
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken, beef, or steak 4-6 oz rice or potatoes
Something like that. Not exact but pretty close
1 day as follows:
Meal 1: 4 egg white with veggies and 2 pieces of bread
Meal 2: 1 scoop Protein 10 almonds
Meal 3: 6 oz tuna 4-6 oz rice, baked potato os sweet potato
Meal 4: 6 oz steak, beef, or chicken 4-6 oz rice or potato
Again something to that effect. I love oatmeal so I know it will be in there somewhere as a substitute.
Cardio 3-4x a week either on the elliptical or treadmill. I will also be walking my Pitbull who I will post pics of :) for at least 20 mins a day. Also living in Arizona now I will probably riding my bicycle instead of inside cardio.
Gym Routine as follows:
Day 1:
Squats 3x5
Lunges 3x10
Glute Bridges 3x10
Lat Pulldowns 3x10
DB Curls 2x10

Day 2:
Deadlifts 3x5
Hamstring Curls 3x10
Military Press 2x8
Pushdowns 2x10
Calfs 3x12

OFF

Day 4:
Squats 3x5
Leg Ext 2x10
Bulgarin Split Squats 2x10
Cable Rows 2x10
Front and Side Raises 2x10
BB Curls 2x10

Day 5:
Sumo Deads 3x5
Goblet Squats 2x10
Bench Press 2x10
Flyes 2x15
Pushdowns 2x10
Calfs 3x12

OFF
OFF
Repeat

Any suggestions please let me know. Again thanks to PSL and Vision for giving me a shot. Hope to see everyone following along. I already drink about a gallon a day but feel I will add more. Took 20mcg today to start this off. Will be posting all sides and effects daily.
After first dose today a little bump in my energy not much but was there. Was a little more thirsty as well. Also will be posting FOOD PORN as well cause I love to cook. May not sound great based on diet but I will hook it up. Don’t worry. If I need to add anything let me know.

I am curious if You are running the clen 12 weeks straight? I have always done 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I had thought it is hard on the heart and can lose effectiveness quickly. Anyone who's has more info I would be interested. If these things aren't true I could stop taking 2 weeks off.

Don't forget potassium sups, and you can also add electrolyte supplementation, this will assist a lot!

I also noticed you have a pit? lets see this beauty, when you have time!
I am taking potassium 595mg daily. I will post some pics of her and yes she is beautiful

Things going great so far. Again only a few days but have noticed an increase in thirst during the day. Somewhat hard to cut pill in half but it’s ok. Been taking in the am since I am busy during the day then hit the gym later on in the day. Don’t want to take right before or should I. Have heard will mess with heart rate if doing cardio? Here was workout for today

Squats 3x5 135
Lunges 3x10 DB 15lbs each hand
Glute Bridges 3x10 i always have a hard time setting these up but did 155
Lat Pulldowns 3x10 75lbs
DB Curls 2x10 15lbs each hand
getting back into the gym from loooog break. Just about 6 weeks. I will be going hard these 12 weeks for great results. Walked Charlie the pit for 20mins

Thanks everyone for stopping by. Since everyone once to see the puppy I will post a few pics. LOL. Things going good so far. Only a few days in. Only problem having is cutting the tabs in half. Used a pill cutter today and better but not perfect, any advice. Tried small nail scissors, tried breaking in half, pill cutter works best but some crums on tab. I am ok with that. Workout below. Food pics soon.

Hamstring Curls 3x10 @ 30 these are single leg standing
Military Press 2x8 @ 25 each side hammer strength
Pushdowns 2x10 @ 50
Calfs 3x12 @ 45lbs seated

Another day in the books. Really having to up my water. I have noticed I am more thirsty. No craps or any sides really. Gym going great. More energy don’t know how much that is from the product maybe just getting back into the gym is helping. Food prep this weekend so will take some pics
 
This is contrary to what I’ve known about Clen. Past 2 weeks the receptors should be saturated tk the point of losing effectiveness. Are you running ketofin to combat the saturation? No off time?

Hi There Mrs. Skullz,

have used PSL clen in the past and the tabs are tinyyyyyyy ;) pill cutter didn't work for me either, id shoot it across the room LOL. Just resorted to a simple razor blade on a solid surface. I MUCH preferred their tabs to the liquid chem clen tho. Seemed not to mess with my glucose levels like the liquid did.

It’s going great so far. Thanks again for stopping by. The area is amazing. Today 75, NY was 30 and snow. Don’t miss that. Yeah right now just me logging. Soon he will get going. Lol

This is what I posted previously asking when I seen you said for 12 weeks. I run two weeks on 2 weeks off. But I am gonna try to go 2 weeks on 1 week off and see if the one week of is enough to let receptors heal enough to be sufficient.

From what I’ve read (I could of course read the wrong info; so someone with the knowledge feel free to chime in)
It poses a threat to your heart (not sure at what dose and for what length of time)
Also after 2weeks of straight use, like previously stated, what we have all read and heard, is loss of effectiveness.

Yes, these are the issues. However I was thinking to be the dummy to try to only take 1 week off and see how it goes. Then I'll update if I see any sides or differences.

Thanks everyone for chiming in. I am planning on going straight through. Some say at 6 weeks add in. I am on week 2 started today. Lets see how it goes.
 
Things going great so far. Water intake up above a gallon cause I am so thirsty. Have taken a few times close to gym time but no cardio on those days and seem to be ok. About an hour prior and ok. Diet going great. Have some food pics to post later on. Walking Charlie daily for about 30 mins. Not really walk she tends to go pretty fast. LOL.
Workout:
Sumo Deads 3x5 @ 105
Goblet squats 3x10 @ 35
Hammer Bench 2x10 @ 25lbs each side
Flyes on Machine 2x15 @ 40lbs
Pushdowns 3x10 @ 37.5
Glute Machine 3x10 @ 100lb

On my second week and things going good so far. Feeling better each day getting back into the gym. Like I said has been just about 2 month break due to move and getting settled. Diet going well and workouts getting better. Walking Charlie daily 25-30 mins. Need to add real cardio starting Sunday. Here is the workout from the other day.

Squats 3x5 135
Leg Ext 2x10 @70lbs
Bulgarin Split Squats 2x10 22.5 each hand
Cable Rows ending up being hammer plate rows. 2x10 @35lbs each side
Front and Side Raises 2x10 @ 12.5lbs
BB Curls 2x10 35lbs ez bar
