Welcome and I can relate to that young 00 year old statement in your post brother. I also started lifting free weights in the mid seventies and competed for years on the platform, all three event. Then a run on the stage in the NPC. Like yourself, I also have had three surgeries on my left shoulder and finally a total shoulder replacement. Going great for me now and hope the same for you. Great Peptides out there for some healing and joint help, etc.
