So I just finished test and deca cycle I ran 16 weeks... I've always heard to cruise same amount of time or more than u blast....

Has anyone let's say blasted 16 weeks and cruise 6wks and run another let's say 8wk cycle??

I'll be honest I had a bunch of personal issues come in the way the last cycle so the gains were there but I know I should have bee
more...
