I doubt they test for AAS as such tests are very expensive.

No they don't. But I will tell you, I've been tjere done that game so if you're just supporting a habit and not being legit with ur meds then ur wasting ur time with gear. If u cant support food bill and going to gym is gonna be a problem 4-5 times a week then just forget abiut it. I kept a needle in my arm for 14 yrs so plz spare me the typical b.s. lines. Humor me and post a pic and I'll shut up.

They almost certainly don't test for gear (as everyone before me has already said). Probation / parole and court ordered treatment programs don't even test for gear. If you're worried that you will fail because you have not taken the medication, you can take a small piece of the pill (I'm assuming it's a pill) and crush it up, then sprinkle it into your urine. I never had to do that myself but I knew some people who did that every time and never had an issue. Of course, if you have a pill left from your script, you can just take it to avoid any issues about whether you are using the medication. If you are concerned about other drugs in your system (aside from the pain meds and the gear), that can be an issue if they send the test away to a lab for testing. If the test is just a standard 5 or 10 panel screening in which you piss in a cup and a few minutes later the results show up on the side, any drugs that are in your system and may create a problem can be hidden by diluting your urine. Essentially, this involves drinking a minimum of a gallon of water no more than three hours before the test, urinating, and then drinking another half gallon to gallon of water. Ideally, you should be drinking water all day if taking this approach, and urinating as often as possible until just before the test. Again, about three hours before, consume at least a gallon of water, piss, then drink as much more water as possible and piss as often as you feel like until like an hour, or maybe 45 min before the test. At that point, keep drinking water but stop pissing. One ore two b12 capsules will taint your urine yellow to avoid suspicion of this, otherwise your piss will be completely clear. Anyway, this will disguise any drugs, chemicals, or enzymes created by your body in reaction to a drug or chemical, that are in your system. Of course this also will hide the pain meds. That's where crushing and sprinkling come in. Scatter a little of the crushed pill into your urine so that the presence of that medication is detected. However, if they send the urine to a lab, they will check your creatine level and if it is below a certain point, they will know that it was diluted. You might be able to get away with it once even if that's the case, but if so, they will certainly retest you. Also, if someone is watching it can be tough, though not impossible, to drop the pain med in your urine.

This tactic is an old jailhouse trick I learned (and have used) from old friends / associates / neighborhood guys / etc., as a means of evading detection of illicit / illegal substances such as street narcotics and / or other prescription drugs that you are not actually prescribed. If your sole concern is gear, don't stress over it at all. They won't show up on a panel test and labs don't look for it. The only exception would be something like ephedrine or DMAA which could potentially test positive as an amphetamine. I hope this is helpful, but for real, listen to samgraves82 who posted above me... the bodybuilding / fitness lifestyle and the drug use lifestyle can't coexist; at least not for long. I'm not judging anyone, nor am I accusing anyone of anything. You asked about steroids showing up on a drug test given by your doctor or pain management specialist. The short and simple answer is that they will not show up on the test. At least, I have never heard of any test detecting steroids unless they were specifically given for that purpose and the administrators received instructions from someone who has a valid reason to make such a request. It is immensely expensive (as already stated), and there are fourth amendment implications that have been partially waived as part of your agreement with your doctor / medical professional, but you haven't abandoned all privacy rights (the existence of which is a separate debate). But mostly, it comes down to cost, relevance to why they're testing you, and what is required of them by their insurance and by the organizations that license them. Sorry for the lengthy post, I've been known to trail off from time to time, bottom line, you're fine, don't worry about the test as long as its just gear you're worried about.

why would you even post something like this? You think its wise to enable people who may have a problem and tell them how to beat the system? This method is not full proof and not even likely to work considering drug screening is testing for metabolites of certain substances and not the actual substance itself.

Love ya man but respectfully disagree. We all have different needs and situations in our life. I have several great friends who are severe addicts and do not deserve to lose their jobs, etc...just bc they have developed an issue. 2 of them are Opiate addicts but they dont use during work ever. And both of them got their initial addiction from being over prescribed Pain Meds from Big Pharma, one for a car accident, and one from an accident where a tree fell on him.

So I like hearing these methods and yeah man our forum is all about Smoke and Mirrors and beating the system. The same system attacks us and calls us criminals, so remember that. You are not an addict that needs help, you are a criminal and jail will fix you according to this system.

I concurr with what WesleyInman says. I offered help to get past a drug test. Drug addicts are rarely the stereotypical stoner who lays around watching tv and eating munchies, nor are they generally out there snatching purses and ripping off the elderly. Yes, those things do happen sometimes and they involve the occasional truly remoseless person, and sometimes individuals in desperate situations. Addicts often have miserable existences during while they are in the grasps of their poison, and the fact is, almost every respected psycholigical and neuroligical expert oppose how "the system" handles drug use and abuse and feel that it is a medical issue similar to any other disease or disorder. These same doctors are familiar with an abudance of studies which have become increasingly accurate with modern technology and the ability to view the brain and monitor its activity. These studies are widely accepted in the medical community. What they say is that drug use, when it reaches addictive levels (which as wes points out is not always because they're commiting crimes or looking to get high, many are initially prescribed drugs for a legitimate reason, or are told to take them by negligent doctors) alters the chemistry of the brain and rewires it's "reward" system. In short, it takes the choosing component out of the equation due to neuroplasticity. A person can still recover and overcome addiction, however, since use is no longer a choice, yes, I provided information to help someone beat a fucking drug test. Someone who was seeing a doctor for pain. I don't think someone deserves to live in pain and be denied their medication because they have another disease as well.

However, I also note that such a lifestyle cannot coexist with bodybuilding and fitness. Moreover, I'm in no position to tell someone how to live their life or to judge them for circumstances and behavior when I have no idea how they wound up in such a situation. I know that's a tough concept for you, especially considering how much you love judging people and telling complete strangers the facts of their life. I can't thank Wes enough for pointing out the inescapable fact that you are likely a criminal yourself according to our system. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find a US citizen who is not. According to Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, there are now so many laws on the books, many of them in conflict with others, that the average citizen commits three felonies a day. Nevertheless, I'm not judging you. However, I do have trouble understanding why you're on a site dedicated to, or at least frequently used to discuss using and obtaining steroids. Do you think the companies on the sponsor board and the hard working people at those companies, including the diligent and informative reps, rely on beating the system?

Why aren't you lecturing all those reps for enabling people to beat the system?

Oh, and as for whether the method works. Again, I don't mean to come off as judgmental, but why would you make such an uninformed statement and say it with such undeserved surety. This method, if used the way I explained, it absolutely works. Yes, drug tests that are sent to labs often check for metabolites or as I say in my instructions, enzymes, which are produced by the body in reaction to a drug or other substances in your system. Fortunately, diluting your urine as I explained, does work for disguising metabolites as well. This is not a theory, it works. It was first taught to me by a friend / coworker who spent some time in prison. He was locked up for 4 years in a NY State penitentiary and told me he spent most of the time smoking weed. Ironically, he rarely smoked before prison, and now that he's out and off parole, he rarely smokes again. Anyway, he would be tested at random if he was suspected of getting high. Fortunately for him, according to the rules of the NYS prison system, an inmate who is asked to produce a urine sample must be given at least 2 hours to hydrate. Moreover, in prison, everyone watches one another. If the guards are suspicious of something and planning something, unless they do it first thing in the morning, word gets out. On top of that, some guards were cool with him (yes, corrupt prison guards are a thing, in fact, they once traded him a radio and head phones in exchange for him knocking out his bunkmate who had pissed them off) and would tip him off. Anyway, he explained this method to me. Then, another person who spent time in federal prison confirmed it.

Finally, about 4 years ago, I was arrested for possession of some Adderall and a Xanax. I was ROR'd but had to report to TASC as a condition of my bail. TASC sent me to an outpatient program which i had to attend three days a week. They tested urine randomly and yes, that meant metabolites. I used this method and never failed a test. I tried to make the most of the program and did eventually get clean. But for the first 2-3 months, I was drinking, taking Adderall a few times a week, a Xanax every night to sleep, and the ultimate demon, oxycodone. I got off the oxycodone first, but the withdrawals made me increase my use of the other drugs. I also broke my own rule and was on cycle at the same time. I had been clean for 2 years before relapsing, started the cycle, then fell back into the other shit - fortunately, I wasn't in too deep and was able to stop but I only after I had to take several drug tests that would've been positive had I not diluted my urine. I was clean for another year, then relapsed again, and stopped again, all while working full time and going to school at night, as well as, trying to fit in the gym and my macros each day. I've been clean for almost 21 months and I have no intention of ever falling back into that shit again. When I went back to court, because of my progress, in court I was sentenced to an ACD contingent on completing the program which I did. However, you are right about one thing, it's not full proof. When sent to a lab, as I said in my initial post very clearly, they can tell that you've diluted your urine based on your creatine levels. I managed to convince them that I was drinking a lot of water because it was summer and I was working construction outside at the time. Beating the system saved my life, so that's why I would post something like this.

Very well put, I appreciate your logic. I wish more people were as open minded as you; not sure why people love to judge complete strangers. Anyway, thanks for your input.
