We all love the BB lifestyle. This includes a financial cost regardless of who you are. The cost of gym membership, food and nutrition, supplements, and possibly gear. If your like me and many middle class mofo's and had to budget strictly and had a disposable amount of say, $200-350 a month would you spend it on gear or supplements? For example I spend $100 a month on just protein. Toss in a my monthly gym cost, preworkout, multi, and bcaa's and i'm now at $225ish. That wouldn't leave much for gear each month.

So my question is would you forgo the supplements and spend your disposable income on gear or WHAT??? What or How would you spend your spare change?
 
I gave up supplements a long time ago. I do have a container of protein in my kitchen but it's for the rare occasion I need something quick asnd on the go.

If test was covered. I’d spend the rest on Cialis and Proviron. They have both been indispensable during TRT. Not covered by insurance(mine at least). Creatine always works for $11 a kilo

Understood bro, sometimes though I find it hard to eat that much protein through food. Keep in mind I'm a working, middle class type of dude so I can't always eat my meals(protein) so on breaks it's a shake or bar. So supps are handy in my situation and many others.

The question remains to all, supps or gear? (dick meds aside as he stated above, lol)
 
Buy the gear and the food. The rest is just fluff/extra. If you're that budgeted drink Gatorade for the intra and eat chicken/rice post. It works fine. I don't buy protein anyways...egg whites and other real foods. The supplements I take I put together myself... EAAs, carbs, creatine monohydrate for intra, and my pre is beet root, citrulline, creatine, taurine with a sugar free fruit punch packet.

I do use my heart supps to stay healthy. Ubiquinol and K complex with D. Those are a no brainier for anyone who wants to keep their heart good while doing gear. That's about it other than P5P when I run 19-nors.

6g citrulline malate
3g creatine mono
2g beta alanine
3g taurine
1 pack fruit punch flavoring
