Its getting there. I just figured out today I've been counting my rice carbs wrong. So much miss I formation out there. So I gotta make another small adjustment. Rookie mistake I think I've been going 80 carbs and couple hundred calories over what I thought it was. So considering I'm still dropping weight while goin over mean I can make another adjustment. Get a little more pudge out. Or keepnit the same maintain the gain while I slowly lose

Sorry I haven't posted I'm a bit. With the Corona Bullshit going on. It ruined my efforts to step into a good job. I quit my last job of 6 years after I got stressed from poor managment. Had left 2 weeks before Corona. And had tons in savings and was gonna spend my time finding a new gig. Then Corona ruined everything. So my funds got depleted over the last few months. Had to find a new job. Took a huge paycut with a better title in Hope's of lining up some new jobs in a year or so. Or moving up where I am. So I'm training very odd hours. I'm leaving before the sun comes up and getting home after it goes down. I'd hit my gym on the way home if I could but its closed. So I've o ly getting in 2 upper body days and 1 lower body. Hopefully wont be to much longer. But gotta feed the fam.

Actually got under the squat bar and did a decent belt less session for the first time in years. Was able to hit 315 for a set of 5 ATG. So that makes me ecstatic.

My eating had become erratic. My last job I could rat all the chicken and rice I wanted all day. Here it's different. Cant eat on site. And encouraged not to break. Sonim drinking a lot of shakes. Then coming home and eating a big huge chicken dinner. Having sone craving problems cause I'm not eating most of the day.

May have to order some prepped meals until o get through training. I just dont have the energy after working 14 hrs plus travel tondonit everyday. Then I have my daughter who wants daddy time.

I'll be at 50hr work weeks after all is over just gotta ride the bull. 3 more weeks. Gyms should he opening up soon hear it looks like. So if my gyms opens back up I may extend this portion of my cycle another 4 weeks to get a little solid more growth before I go to cruise. If the gyms staybc and used I'm gonna finish the rest of the Ultrabol300 I got and got to cruise on test/mast

Any ideas or anyone experienced this please chime in all ears

Okay guys, now that I've settled back into my job, gyms have opened back up I'm going to continue log and get thing rolling again. I wish I knew what I weighed, I've gotten 3 wildly different weights on the same day from 3 different places. So.until I figure that out. I can yell you I'm visually leaner. I've gained some veins. I now have some lat veins popping up and my lefr bicep vein is coming in.clearly. I've come off Dutch gear and went to Platinum Powder and I'm doing a low blast for the next 10-12 weeks. Currently I'm taking
300mg TestE
200mg MastE
30mg cialis every other
50mg TNE and 10mg Sdrol (max 2x a week)
Stopped my proviron give my lipids a chance

20mg Accutane

I'll provide some pictures soon I have horrible acne and I'm not ready to post yest. Give this accutane a bit of a chance to kick in.

I'm modifying my diet to reduce some calories. Not sure exactly how.

Coming down from a blast how do you guys modify your workouts to retain muscle best. Increase the intensity or up the reps and sets.

Good that your back bro. Ive dealt with pretty bad acne for many years as well. Especially when I start a blast and start a cruise due to the fluctuating levels. I usually start with doxycycline and it keeps me pretty clear, but usually at some point I have to run accutane to really clear me up 100%. If you've never ran accutane, a bit of a heads up is that at first usually for me about a week at the beginning I break out more than usual, but after the loading you should start clearing up nicely. It's a harsh medicine so be aware of the side effects. But a relatively low dose seems to mitigate the sides pretty well for me. Good luck. Cystic acne is a bitch! Enjoy the gym... mine are still closed

Yes I'm familiar, I've ran it from the dermatologist at 80mg, and had 3 UGLs now. I usualy have to bump up to 40mg tense good results. But figured I'd start with 20mg and pray it works. Maybe I should drop a TD for Platinum Powders

If not PCT-ing and continuing to cycle(amounts listed is not really cruising); 400mg tests,200mast,20mg Sdrol weekly], I am afraid with the addition of Accutane(on top of continuation of AAS)you may not like the health factor issues that will arise in bloodwork and acne may not go away. To each his own and I am not judging, just pointing it out. In any case,
the individual would definitely take all his health supplements including Tudca, NAC, MIC, Gluthianone, 3g of high epa/dha EFA’s- fish and/or plant based, 2g circumin, Coenzyme Q10 . Also, as far as training, a person would try to keep training the same drive on or off. Retaining muscle is the goal and I’m gathering fat loss. Eating clean is paramount and keeping cardio regimen tight. A lot of people lose that drive to train with ferocity when the blast ends. Continue your plans as if you were blasting. Being consistent with your workout/diet plan is what I would do and make minor changes if not responding or losing muscle/gaining fat.
If you have a totally different specific goal; then your workout/diet would be adjusted to help achieve the goal. Hey, at least your able to train again. You may need to definitely prep for 2-3 weeks going through the lifting part of your plan as not to injure yourself from the lay-off.

Alright guys. So this is a bit of a physique update. I know I'm a bit fluffy. The goal was to pack on as much muscle as possible in 12 weeks. Then taper down over another 12. I cut my NPP.cycle short but the results are undeniable. It's also undeniable that NPP gives me the absolute worse acne I've ever had as an adult.

I've started on accutane, it's been about a week.
I've been off NPP.for 10 days or so. I took no pump enhancers or PWO. This is straight from work after 12 hr shift.

I have no idea what I actually weighed before. Or what it is now. The scale at my gym is new. All I can do is start from fresh and use the weight to gauge my progress then get an accurate reading somewhere.in the future

The gym scale days I weight 294. But I dont feel I weight this much. Could be a little bloated.
