How 4 weeks on AAS effects your Lipid Profile

I got on 4 weeks back with an HDL level of 51. Which is quite low for my standard. Since I always had hdl over 60. Long tren cycle permanently lowered my HDL.

Now after 4 weeks on 400mg test and 400mg deca.
My HDL is 39. It will further drop as cycle progresses.

So you guys can see how destructive they actually are.

How to mitigate some damage ?

The real problem is HDL to Cholesterol Ratio.
Total cholesterol is a Sum of HDL and LDL.

What I do is, use Niacin 500mg, Policosanol 20mg, 6g Fish oil, vitamin k 1 and k2, trans resveratrol, tricardin, Iron lab cycle support, liv 52, boron

This stack reduces my LDL, slightly boosts HDL.
So my total cholesterol dropped from 202 to 118. HDL to Cholesterol ratio dropped as well.
Which is a positive health market
It also helps with liver enzymes
    Free radicals
    Blood pressure
    Excessive calcium deposits
    Liberates free test

    I highly recommend this stack.

Imagine just 400mg is doing this much harm on my HDL. What will more.do.
