So you let your estrogen run high ?Of course man. As much as I understand guys not wanting to use nolva because of the negative effects on igf-1, if you need it you need it. Crushing e2 to control gyno is a terrible idea, and if you watch enough of the the old-school guys talk, they mostly all use nolva and little to no AI outside of contest prep. Since I started letting my e2 stay higher I've grown much quicker than keeping it low or even in range.
So you let your estrogen run high ?
Only use nolva when you feel gyno is forming ?
What about other sides of high estrogen
Is nolva enough to combat high e 2 ?

From what little knowledge I have. I have always thought aromasin to be the estrogen killer. The easiest to crash e2 on. Its a suicide inhibitor. Which means if u crash ur e2 on it. It ain't coming back soon.I let mine run higher than normal for the most part. It seems to have made a pretty significant difference in muscle building. I use nolva only to combat gyno when it starts to flare up. I know it's coming up because I either start getting fatty lumps in a specific spot below my nipple on my right side or below and to the outside of my left, or the glandular tissue starts getting tiny little hard knots. If I let it go it'll get bad, but it always goes down with nolva and if I'm running tren stopping the tren.
Other estrogen sides still manifest, especially the dick trying to soften up halfway through sex. Easily combated with Cialis. If I start feeling emotional I know it's too high and I start/bump the aromasin up a little.
Nolva does not control e2 at all, only the gyno symptom. I still use aromasin but much less than most do. I know there are negatives to having too high of estrogen but I haven't seen anything yet except the standard sides
In real life, very much the opposite. Adex and letro can easily crush e2 by going slightly over what's needed in dosing. Aromasin on the other hand, takes extreme amounts to completely crush the estrogen. I've taken way too much aromasin and I've never crashed my e2 from it. Adex I've accidentally crashed it a couple times. From what little knowledge I have. I have always thought aromasin to be the estrogen killer. The easiest to crash e2 on. Its a suicide inhibitor. Which means if u crash ur e2 on it. It ain't coming back soon.

Serious question,
I know Letrozole is stronger than anastrozole and way stronger than aromasin and can crash your E very easily, but why does everyone claim it’s so bad for you?
If you use tiny amounts to keep your E in check and not more, also verified by regular lab work. Then what’s the big deal about using it?
Ive seen many members say the same about anastrozole, that it’s to strong of an AI and to use aromasin.
If the proper amount is used to keep estrogen levels within the ideal range, then what does it matter which Ai you use?
Aromasin is steroid based AI. Called suicide AI. It permanently binds to Aromatase.I wish I took everyone’s advice when they told me to not to use Letrozole. I was 5 weeks into my first test e cycle, on my last week of taking Dbol, nipples got SUPER sensitive and itchy and just weird, used Letrozole, Took five doses 2.5mg eod, my e is still messed up and that was around 3 weeks ago. It’s gotten better, ( I’m guessing due to I’m gaining mass again rapidly like I was prior ), I can tell it’s not all the way back up due to no nipple sensitivity or swelling or any other high estrogen side effects in the slightest, but I’m never buying or using Letrozole again, just way way too powerful, should only be used as a last ditch to kill gyno.
If you’re in a similar boat to what I was and debating on buying Letro, it’s not worth it just buy a different AI.

What is your obsession with using an insanely unecissarily strong AI that is going to be coutner producive and a pain in the ass?
Why don't you listen to some of the good advice given. If you need a heavy duty AI 2X a week of 6mg aromasin (12max) is going to be more than enough to nose dive any estrogen you have. And it won't be nearly as brutal as the letro you're obsessed over.
But hey do what you want.
Nobody hates letro, it has its place treating gyno. Its great for what its for, buy you want to use it cause you feel you need the biggest baddest AI in the market. Cause you don't understand the symbiosis of the hormones in your body. Crashing estrogen with letro is going to make our cycle a lot less enjoyable.
