Hey all. Long time lifter and trainer for myself. Never competed, I just don't have the genetics for it. My routine is moderate weight, 15 rep range, no rest between sets, circuit training.
Just turned 50, and this is by far the best routine to maintain size and minimize fat. I've been on prescription test therapy for about a decade, from years when I was young and stupid, on constant test without properly cycling. I do the occasional cycle or anavar to put on 10 or 15 lbs for vacay, business trips, etc.
