Its for spot reduction once your lean, like a double chin or that little fat pad around belly button. Its available pretty cheap, requires 20 - 50 inj per treatment. Anyone tried it yet?
 
You can get it from India for around $300 for a kit. I haven't pulled the trigger yet....
