99% lean ground turkey literally taste like nothing at all even with some seasoning lol I switched to 94% for turkey and beef tho. I need the fats and it’s not much at all anyway. This week tho it was 99% and it sucked. I just wanted a damn pizza!!!

So its fridays, and fridays are my lightChest Days.. And todays workout consisted of some light BP, light Incline on the DB press and Incline cable flyes, and all with the same high intesity as i would on my jesvy chestdays.. and of course finished off with some pushups and dips.. all in all a great workout.. get yo moneeeyy,

Finally after a long waiting process, my order from GC just landed, right before i head to work and everything looks good except the cialis??..i thought the cialis came in liquid form not tabs?? I was hoping to get the liquid not the tabs, the tabs kind of looks like the aromasin tabs... i ordered, SD, tren, aromasin, and cialis..time to get this cycle on tha ball now!!! .. as respect for Gear Church in not wanting people to post anymore TD pics, i will respect his wishes and not post a TD pic..

Goood Mornin ASF fam... so about 1.5hrs ago, i took me half of the GC cialis(10mg), and one 10mg Superdrol Tab, then headed down to get bloods drawn, and just left the lab...now its lets wait and see for the results!!!.. now off to the gym to get this lil back session in..yall have a blessed one!! .. #AllSummer20

So i just finished my back workout session, and was expecting wonders from the Cialis tab i took, but no..lol..again i only took 10mg(half a tab) of gear Church new cialis tabs, but all the reviews swore that half a ml of the liquid cialis gave them crazy pumps and made them pop boners at times..but i honestly didnt feel nothing, tomorrow imma take the whole tab and see what happends... ohh i also forgot to state, i never tooken Cialis before so i dont really know what to expect besides the reviews, but i have taken Viagra before a good amount of times, and felt everything that people claimed they felt from viagra, so i cant really call it... this is no way talkin down on Gear church or his Cialis, just my log and honest review on the stuff im running before anyone takes offense or comes in with negative comments.. so yea peeps..stay swole ASF peeps

So i decided to try the other half of the cialis a lil over two hrs ago, and i still dont feel the effects what others swore they feel from taking cialis .. i feel way better effects from viagra, and thats on 50mg of viagra

Good Morning ASF fam!!.. so today was my heavy chest day, and boy did me and the fellas get it in. It was kinda a struggle for me due to the fact, i only had like 4hrs of sleep .. but still got it in, started with some heavy db incline presses then moved to some heavy Flat BP, on to to some Dips, and decline press with the straight bar, follwed by some incline cable flyes, amd finished off with some Decline push ups!!!.. and boy am i drained.. got work in 3 mores and wont be off till midnight, so imma try to take an hr nap, and get some rest..

Ferals blood results just came in!!!!

I kno its been a couple days since i uploaded/posted. Work got me really busy, but i still be ge grindin in the gym!!, just dont really have much time to be go online.. so as an update everything been goin pretty good and goin as planned, today i decided to hit some shoulders, and while i was there, i got an email sayin my results came in... and though IM NOT GOIN TO POST THE RESULTS ON HERE, im more than happy to let yall know the results!!.. i was running FERAL GEAR test E @625mg a week, and boy am i content with the test total. My estrogen was really high too , and so was my Bilirubin.. kinda scary. Im glad i got bloodwork done!!.. if anyone can guide me to good liver detox or tudca brand, i would really appreciate it!!..

Not too positive so hopefully a vet will chime in. Bit I believe NAC is more suited to detox the liver. I'm sure milk thistle, NAC, and Tudca should be taken normally to preserve the liver. But NAC I think is suited to detox??m

Just did a little research. NAC reduces only ALT, while Tudca reduces ALT.and AST. Neither reduce Bilirubin. Milk thistle reduces bilirubin. You can pick it up in the vitamin isle at Walmart for 5 to 7 bucks

Wuddup ASF peeps.. Well what can i say man, these passed two weeks been crazy and so much goin from all this crazy coronavirus bullshit thats its effecting everything which why i havent been online much. All the commercialized gyms are closing down nd the gym i go to is gettin crazy packed, alot of people hoarding and taking more than what they need, and my work schedule is constantly changing to diferent times as well becuz of this virus, so its been a lil struggle organizing around, but regardless of all the crazy shit goin on, im still gettin my training sessions in and my diet still been pretty consistent even though its been hard looking for food these passed days..smdh, lets see what the future has in store, hopefully better news bcuz their already talkin bout layoffs .. but anyways today was a great shoulder workout, cycle is still goin strong and planned. This is week 7 of my cycle, nd after 2 weeks of waiting, my BD syringes finally came in after i arrived home from the gym. Had to throw away the NIPRO needles bcuz i felt they sucked balls!!!. So if anyone is lookin for a good place to order try "HealthWareHouse.com" they have great prices on needles amd syringes. I went with some BD 25Gauge 1in needles with a 3cc syringe..it comes in a combo package

NOW WHAT YALL BEEN WAITING FOR!!! ..

Ok, i thought about it long on hard whether or not to post the results from my bloodwork on FERAL GEAR. I gave it some thought and was like "fuck it, imma just oost my bloods." Reasons why i didnt want to post my bloods on here is becuause im not being reimbursed for posting bloodwork, and i was kinda bummed because the most labs give credit for posting, which i think is only right since one goes out their way, takes time out their day and pays for the test out of thier pocket. I wasnt looking for free shit or hand outs like alot of people i see on here, but to just be reimbursed for payin out of my pocket ya kno. But i was like hey, it was not long ago when i didnt know which lab to turn to and who is being transparent and unbiased bcus at the end of day, its all about sales and making money, so im posting these results for the new members and those who are still on the fence on which lab to choose from. Gotta give back on to the ASF peeps... ok rant over now, now for the bloods. I was running Feral Gear test E 250 @625mg a week (2 pins a week, Mon and Thurs= 1.25cc per pin). I drew bloods at at the end of week five of my cycle, two days (55hrs) after my last pin. As yall can see my estrogen was high!!.. reason beimg was becus i bought what i was told was Arimidix from some dude who sells gear at the gym but as we all can see, his shit was fake/bunk. But i been running GearChrurch Aromasin the past week, 1 tab every other day. Then will drop it to 3x a week after a week or 2. Lets see of that helps.. AND A BIG THANKS @ LIFTER916 for helpin my out on alot of shit.. appreciate it big time brotha

Mannn, the streets and life is gettin more hectic day by day because of this chinese virus.. the gym was super packed today!!.. it seems that my gym is the only gym open in the whole city so you have all these people from these commercialized gyms goin to my gym .. it doesnt even feel the same anymore, but i still get my session in!!.. today was arm day and got in a great workout regardless of the new crowd.. anyways as arrived home from the gym i seen my packages at the door, ordered me some liver detox, to help out my live,so hopefully this help alot so i can run my SD.. again things are gettin crazy, i hope it doesnt effecf my cycle at all.. i put alot of time, energy and money into this... well yall take care and be safe out there peeps..
