    Got in some Upper DC earlier today...good session just sticking to the basics and doing what I can. Still adding weight each session until I max out with what I have then will just focus on REALLY slow Reps, pause reps, and increasing rep numbers to keep making progress.

    Went well though no compalints... Def a different animal using BB instead of Smith etc which I typically use. Gotta be careful on Bench as I can feel strain in my shoulders when I go down with the weight so gotta be super careful not to snap my shit up...which is why I like the Smith Machine etc over BB especially for pressing movements...but gotta do what we gotta do.

    Hit some Incline Press, Flys, Standing BB Press, Rev Fly, Lat Pull Down, and BB Row...that was a wrap.

    Here is some update pics sent to Coach this AM..weight is 222.7..gonna make some changes to the diet and I will have that later tonight. Looking pretty flat but that's ok.

    Happy Saturday!!!

    Got some Lower Work in earlier today. Left groin is still tender so decided to go easy on any pressing and just focus on hammering the Ext and Curls since those dont cause it any tension. Want it to be 100% once the gym is open so I can hit it full force with no set back.

    So did 4 sets of 25 on the Leg Press, followed by 6 sets of 10-15 on Ext, then 4 sets of 10-12 on Leg Curl.

    Finished off with some Tri Press Downs and Rev Cable Curls to get some arm action in. Everything felt good for what it was.

    Still going strong over here and getting meals in etc. Not gonna let this Bs slow me down...and either should you!!!

    Late update today lol, have had a lazy lazy sunday consisting of eating, sleeping, eating more, sleeping and well..more eating, with a little TV here and there and about to hop on the Treadmill for a 30 min session.

    Also got a diet change the other day, we will be starting a carb cycling plan with 1 high day and 3 low days then repeat so excited to see happens!!


    Other than that not much to report, about to cook some beef and then sleep more hahah.

    Honestly I dont have any complaints, I've never ran Deca though so have nothing to compare it to and kind of switched up my goals a bit mid cycle when I hopped back with Monte...but everything has felt good and seems to be working ...I've seen the drama and just stay out of it as I agreed to run a log and until I have issues or bad bloods to show I will keep my word on that.

    I do plan on bloods at the end of the cycle just mainly for overall health markers more than Test levels but will see where they are at that point...Although with Sust it's kinda hard to gauge. But overall feeling good.

    Hit a solid Upper Session earlier this morning. Was actually a really good session.

    Hit some Flat Bench and decided to start at 135 and just pyramid up in weight with very little rest between sets. Got up to 285 which is all the weight I have and then did a big Drop set down again with very little rest...felt awesome..then hopped over and repped out some Pec Flys to failure.

    Delts I did Behind Neck Press for sets to failure with a few front presses tossed is, then did some Rev Flys .

    Back I hit lat pulldown followed by underhand Grip BB Rows.

    All this was basically back to back with very little rest to up the Intensity.

    Little Food Porn, cooked up some Beef and Potatoes..Lots of Red Meat in my new diet which I absolutely love..I could eat Beef for every meal!!

    Anyways have a good one Fellas. Stay safe and get those gains.
