    What's up Fellas. Happy Monday, a fresh start to a new week, make it count!!

    Week 2 of the cycle starts today. Pinned 3mls into my Left Delt again, no issues to report, smooth and easy just like every pin so far.

    Was going to get some progress pics this AM but had a busy morning so will snap some tomorrow. Still early, but everything seems to be going great. Libido definitely shot up this week along with more random hard ones which is a good sign!!

    Upper Loading "B" in the books this morning, another solid sesion with things moving in the right direction.

    Here is the fun stuff

    Smith Inc 245*8,6(+10lb)

    What's up Guys!! Hope everyone is having a solid day and making progress towards your goals.

    Scheduled Rest Day so no training to report, also no pins today. Still smooth sailing!!!


    Here is a couple pics from this morning to gauge progress. Weight was 235, definitely looking a bit "fluffy" but it's all good!! I wont make any diet changes until things stabilize with the gear and see where the weight ends up. Then will decide the next move.

    What's up guys!?! Hope all is well today!

    Little late on todays update but been a busy day. Got in for some Lower Loading "B" this morning though per schedule. Was a good session.

    Still dealing with that right leg issue, the pain isnt there anymore, but when I stand as a certain angle I can still feel the tenderness, so worked around it again this week.

    Also another 3mls pinned this morning into the Left Glute again. Smooth per usual!!

    Here is how the session looked.

    Uni Duck Press(subbed in for Hack to let right Leg heal)245*10,8

    Always good to allow for recovery.

    Do you change anything up nutritionally on your rest days?

    Got in for some Upper DC "B" this morning. All around a solid session, strength is steadily increasing and progress is being made each session.

    Heres is what went down.

    HS Iso Press 3pps+20lb*8,4,3(+10lb)
    Db Center Press 95*8,4,3(+5lb)

    Rev WGPD 150*8,4,3(+20lb)
    Hs Low Row 3pps*8,4,3(+10lb)

    Hs Rear Press 115*8,4,3(+5lb)
    Hs Front Press 115*8,4,3(+5lb)

    Uni Cable Curl 55*8,4,3(subbed for db)
    Uni CG Cable Curl 55*8,4,3(new)

    Also another 3mls pinned today into my Right Delt. Easy peasy!! Cant Express enough how smooth this gear is, I'am slamming 3ml as fast as I can push the plunger with zero PIP etc...good stuff.
