So this week is another 72hr week of overnights at work. Kinda messes up what I had planned here.
Anyway, I hit 1.25cc of just DHB in my delt. It’s been 4hrs and it’s alittle stiff but doesn’t hurt at all. My plan as of right now is to bump the dhb up to 400-500mg and continue to hit it alone without diluting it. So far it’s been nothing but smooth on its own.
So we will have dosages looking like this as of this week.
Test cyp- 500mg
Tren E- 400mg
DHB-400mg
This is my first tren run in 3-4yrs and I’m having a hard time with the heart burn. It’s so bad and I’ve never had this happen in the past lol this won’t be stopping me from taking it at all. Heading to the gym now then off to work for a 14-16hr overnight shift!!
I’ll post some workouts later.

Bro you gotta carry this around with you. It's OTC and soothes heartburn within minutes and lasts most of the day. Works better than any prescription heartburn med I've used. So lastnight I put 1.5cc of dhb into my quad. Taking a big risk if I got pip and had to limp around!! Well no pip and wouldn’t even know I felt it. I don’t have to report if there’s pip from DHB anymore because let’s face it, our dhb is seriously good shit.
Today I hit some shoulders. Did something I never do and that was lift lighter more for a pump today. All lightweight supersets or pause sets!
It actually felt kinda good and I felt nice and full after! I even hit my man Phill’s shoulder exercise and my god that burn never gets old!
This week I will be ordering the sarm s23 to add into this cycle. Did a lot of reading about it and it’s time to jump in with it. I’ll be dropping the tren week 8 maybe week 9 but will still be on the test, dhb and then s23!

So far I’ve noticed I’m alitttle more vascular and I can tell that from my chest, trap, and arm veins looking like they might rip through my skin lol noticed alittle increase in energy and endurance in the gym. I just worked a 72hr week and was barely sleeping. When I was able to get in the gym I felt pretty damn good. I’ve never ran dhb before so I’m def going to give it a solid 10-12 week run.

Soooo back today! And what do you know another overnight shift for tonight and tomorrow!
Still feeling very strong and very good with my workouts. Going to be ordering some s23 this weekend some more dhb and maybe some stenbolone for when I cut the tren!
Started with reverse grip lay pulldowns.
165 for 2 sets
Close grip
205 for 2 sets
Wide grip
195 for 2 sets
Bent over rows
185 warm up
225 warm up
275 3 working sets 6 reps
High row machine had 3 plates each side nice slow reps 8-10 for 4 sets
Seated row machine reverse grip.
185 for 4 sets with a paused squeeze. Shit killed!!
Then hit some triceps because I thought my lats were going to fall over. My back day is a lot of rows to thicken the lats so it’s kind of repetitive motions.
I’m signing up to an old school dirty gym I found out about right near my house believe it or not that I didn’t know about. Going to check it out Friday and if it’s good I’ll be joining. Seen pics of 180lb dumbbells!

Just saw this log. Subbed. Congrats on the wedding bro. My wife and I ran to Antigua for our wedding with no family or anything. It was awesome. I ran a cycle to try and lean up and failed miserably. My wife still gives me shit for the fat cheeks in our pictures and sweating through my shirts.
Love the stack and I plan on running DHB in the spring for the first time so I'm following along. You started with a really good base, I'm sure you're going to have great results.
