Ill try to drink more water, i have been drinking alot of caffiene latelyDrink plenty of water, cut sodium, have couple of bananas daily and daily 5mg of cialis will help as well. Should not really have high BP unless you are bloated.
Ok thanks brother for the adviceWater retention and BP go hand in hand. BP medication is pretty much a diuretic. Most common reason guys on gear have BP is due to water retention. Do what I said earlier and your BP will drop. I can always tell if I am holding water when my wedding band gets tight around my finger.
Good news is as the night went on it went back into safe numbers, i have been keeping a close eye after this little scare lol im going to cut out the suspension since its almost gone anyways and just run the cyp the rest of the way through. That is still stage II hypertension. I myself would still be worried about a 90 diastolic.
and your eyes too. That's too high to let ride, damaging to your kidneys and your heart
Here's the thing about taking BP that a lot of people don't know, (including some nurses for some reason): you need to take it with the arm that the cuff is on close to a horizontal position, (such as laying it on the table) instead of having it down at your side in a vertical position. Don't believe that? Try taking it one way, waiting 3 or 4 minutes, and then taking it the other way. You'll notice that when you take the reading with your arm in a vertical postion, the readings will be significantly higher. This is precisely why some nurses who really care about doing their job correctly will hold your arm at their side while they take the BP reading. They're supposed to do that unless they have you sitting down at a table where you can just lay your arm on the table.Ok update, i got worried so went to the ER to make sure all was ok. Turns out are blood pressure cuff meter is off. I was at 133/90. I wouldnt of even been worried at those numbers, so the good news is all is good. Last thing i wanted to do was damage my liver and kidneys due to high bp lol thanks for all your help guys, looks like it was a false alarm
