    Whole Body workouts

I've had some nice success with whole body workouts. In general they look like this:

MWF Whole Body weight training, 75 - 90 minutes absolutely no cardio except walking my dogs
T TH SAT SUN off, if I swim its short and light
6 weeks, 3 different fixed routines for each day MWF typically 8 supersetted exercises (Bench/pull up for example)
After week 6, no weights for a week but 5 days 1 hour cardio, mild to moderate intensity
text myself a workout record for my spreadsheet ED

Start new 6 week whole body weight training routine with new exercises or adjusted order, again 6 weeks NO CARDIO without neglecting my dogs and light swimming

PEDs, AAS obliviously are in the mix

I stay leaner the less cardio I do, plus I'm 50 so my joints say "thanks" also 52 inj a year deca @ 200mg helps

I am happy with gains and fat loss, any tweaks would be appreciated ;-)

If it works bro keep it up.

I throw in whole body days once every couple weeks. Having a full body pump is pretty good, sometimes painful.

hows the tendons? You got tennis elbow or tendinitis issues? Thatís my problem.... prolly from high volume workouts for so long. Itís why I wear my wrist straps when itís not even back day, helps with the pain. Also kratom helps with the pain.

I've heard a lot of good about kratom, should try it. i severed every tendon, artery, muscle and nerve in my left arm while back...its why I'm a Chairborn Ranger now, been to the coffee pot and back again "how did you go?" I'n my chair, rolling slow...
...never been a real Ranger, don't want to mislead you. With wrist straps I can do every exercise, but lighter than my peak. I can curl 40 lb dumbells, 6 years ago 65lbs was 8 reps, no straps gonna get that back...
I spent $5k on RX HGH, Dr. wrote the scrip but insurance wouldn't cover it, so took overseas RX grade where its cheaper. They honor legit US Rxs but will talk to our Dr's office.

My Orthopedic was amazed and promised he would report my success in recovery.

I almost lost my hand 6 years ago...HGH/deca brought it back. I had the best orthopedic surgeon...he was amazed at my 2 year recovery. I can't curl 65lbs anymore left handed but I can do 8 @ 40lbs...unheard of, according to my surgeon.

I like this guy a lot so much knowledge. Sometimes his videos are so boring and drawn out I end up closing it and not watching. Same thing with Layne norton. The guy is so damn smart but his videos he tends to ramble and lose my interest.
