Just purchased and just started taking it I’ll let you know how it is... so far the heart solve seems to be lowering some points. I’m also hammering the cardio again.

I have used Puritans Pride for a long time and Yes; it is a good brand. It works well. I also use Nutricost, NOW, and Horbaach.

*I use the Milk thistle extract from Puritans Pride 1000mg equivalent.
