The only major pending issue touches US customers who placed orders from W1 starting since the 2nd half of March. Those orders can not be shipped from W1 and as said earlier, it may take up to July. Everything else seems normalizing. Please have patience. You all get your orders soon. And don`t forget to film the unpacking process as per ordering conditions. It is a mandatory condition to claim broken or missing items. We were really stressed these months and could do some human mistakes, although we always pay full attention to this.
W2 is working well now and orders can be placed. Our promotions for cryptocurrency still running!

According to Chinese government only 1/3 of businesses/factories/facilities are currently operational. They promise to increase this value up to 90% by the end of March.
Based on this info we can suppose that in the very worst case we can start shipping by the end of March, but there are good reasons to think we will be able shipping within next 1-2 weeks.
Warehouse 1 and US warehouse are working normally.

Update for all customers of warehouse 2.
It looks like due to coming Chinese New Year services stop working even earlier than we expected. We confirm pending orders and tomorrow will be the last shipping before holidays starts. All further orders confirmed starting from tomorrow will be shipped in the very beginning of February.
This is only about orders placed from warehouse 2. Warehouses 1 and US domestic are not influenced.

Brief update regarding current situation with shipping.
Warehouse 1 and US domestic are running in normal operational mode.
Warehouse 2 is not working yet.

Apparently packages shipped on January 20th did not manage to leave origin country, unfortunately. All due to holidays, but we warned about possible delays from W2 in advance.
Many customers ask, when we ship pending orders from W2.

I actually did not want to mention it to avoid any senseless and unnecessary panic. We had to start working on 5th, but due to situation with coronavirus government extended holidays till 10th. We should start on 10th of February. Earlier shipping is just not possible.
Replying to probably arising question I want to note in advance that virus is not dangerous for receivers. It can survive on surfaces only within a few hours (official info as per WHO). Even if a package was hypothetically infected, virus would die after a few hours. Packages are many days on the way. So it is safe to receive it. Besides that we are located really faraway from the infected regions.

Thanks for update, This is affecting Other shops as well for same reason.

EDIT to add clarification this is NOT a promo, it is for already p;laced orders that have been delayed due to the extreme circumstances.

For instance, the phrases "if your order was" and "waiting all this time" are past-tense (imply existing orders that have been waiting to ship).
How would someone be showing patients and waiting all this time for an order that does not even yet exist?

Folks today we were still not able to process orders. But there are good reasons to think everything will normalize within 2-3 days. We are checking situation daily. More updates should be coming soon.
As promised earlier, we will provide from $50 to $100 store credits to all customers from W2 who suffered because of this delay.
 
any news as to when you guys are gonna start shipping again? i was hoping to see my order say shipped , but still says "order proccecing",, i understand its out of pharmas controll ,, i was just wondering if there is a timeline yet when things will ship?
 
Here is an update I read from Basicstero today:

"So, no changes regarding warehouse 2 so far. We are still waiting for possibility to ship.
As mentioned earlier, we will provide store credits to all who will stay with warehouse 2. If your order was below $200 you get 50$ store credit. If your order was over $200 we provide you $100 store credit.

For customers who do not wish to wait we can offer removing current orders and placing a new order from warehouse 1, which is working without delays. Alternatively we can move balance to US domestic warehouse for customers from the USA.

Those who want to cancel order from warehouse 2 and get items from W1 can remove pending orders in personal account.In this case order total will get back to your balance. Next, just place a new order with items available in stock from W1. Chose the same payment way you used for the original order and check out. You will not need to pay again, of course. Order should be covered by your balance and confirmed automatically if it`s total is within your balance value.
How do you know, what items are available from warehouse 1?

I talked to a friend of mine who has a lot of suppliers from China. He says China is back to operational. When you will be shipping from Ware House 2 ? It's April...

Kind of worrisome that things get delivered easily from China, but the warehouse is still closed
 
no need to spred panic,, you have no idea what is going on where the warehouse is and what the rules are for workers and what not, I wouldn't expect much until the end of the month , if not first few weeks of may,, I know some parts of china are doing ok and are shipping and whatnot,, but im pretty sure the warehouse isn't in them parts or they would never of had a problem really .. just my 2 cents ,, do with it what you will ,,
 
What's the average turn around here stateside with this ruckus going on? From what I gathered it's about 2 weeks?

US warehouse turn round is still a few business day after payment is received and confirmed.
For last I heard, W1 and W2 intl still cannot ship to USA.
W1 is trying new option with higher fee for W1 to within the EU (it is in the checkout process on the website).
