    I do stupid stuff like put the wrong zip code but the right city and state. Takes an extra day or 2. But def gives me a mini heart attack! Glad your pack landed bro!!

    Been there done that...even transposed digits in the zipcode, but eventually the mail reached the recipient.

    In this case it wasn’t a zip code issue, the code I put was the same city I live (and it’s a small city) and that was fixed when it landed in this area.

    The issue was this time that the carrier scanned it as delivered when it wasn’t delivered

    Which definitely made me freak a bit

    I was gonna ask you to write me a 12 week but after reading this ..should I just follow the above numbers ? I can't bench my rotator is strained but I want to increase squat -feadlift ..I'm at 425 on both and every routine I try don't help ..thanks

    I wouldn't recommend following my layout to a T, but it certainly is a good starting point from which you can utilize. It is a template that you should modify.

    Notes:
    My T-Bol and Oxandrolone (anavar) dosage is very low, I honestly messed up my order and don’t have enough o run at my typical dosage (50/50) and that is okay! I will most definitely get results and benefits at 30/30 and over time I will re-order and increase dosage. I plan to let these compounds work their magic in the background for a long period of time, and this lower dosage allows me to gauge the RAD140 and S23 because those compounds are largely unknown to me.
    Some thoughts on RAD140, some things I will be looking out for.

    - if urine changes colors from my baseline norm I will likely discontinue this product.

    I always keep it real, so I will just be reporting how I am feeling and doing in the videos and content to come forth. One thing that’s good about me is I literally can’t lie. The videos are my evidence and my journal logs which I will post.

    Took my first shot of PSL gear last night. Wednesday is my NPP day, so took 1ML in my NPP into my quad, which is my least favorite spot because I hate when I get any pip or anything of that nature.
    I had absolutely NO pip and leg feels 100% fine, leg day Sunday.

    Thursday+Friday is just some light cardio and grocery shopping. Not much to see here lol.

    Let's keep the party going, I expect some comments below!

    Cutting this Mesocycle (training block) short after this Saturday/Sunday [Bench/Squat] workout! My body is ready for a reload and all the "Subd" movements on week 4 secondary upper body day tell me that. lol
    Going to take a week off (some light deload workouts in the mix) let some of these PSL anabolics start taking effect and I go back to hard calculated training on the 24th. I know, it seems like a LONG time but it really isnt.
    2/15 Bench workout
    2/16 Squat workout
    2/18 deload workout - blood flow feel some iron but 50% of my normal workout
    2/19 deload workout - same as above (may shift these days by one)
    2/22 weekend going to do a little trip with the girlfriend.
    Come back and resume solid training routine and will do a 6 week wave, with option to cut it short at week 5 if needed.

    You can see some clear progressions in this block
    My bench (coming back from hospital) went from 275 back to 365. Pretty happy with that.
    My inline bench ended at 225 tempo which is good, especially doing it fatigued.
    My Smith incline (also tempo) ended 10lbs heavier than week 1 starting point, definitely could have pushed it a bit more but I would be feeling real dumb to get hurt on a stupid incline press lol!!!
    Dumbbell press went from 5 reps to 12 reps, on week 4 (this week) my bicep tendonitis was acting up so I subd (substituted) the movement for a machine chest press.

    Once I start subbing workouts and feeling tendonitis issues its usually a good time for a deload, I made some nice progress and like I said the week off will allow my body to heal, the anabolics to kick in, and me to come back hungry.

    Next block of training my bench will remain at 365 as I build some volume there (for frame of reference my heaviest training weight when I benched 490 was 395lbs).
    I will be involving a lot more tricep work and a bit more volume on the actual bench press instead of the smith machine.

    Dosage escalation,
    So I received a DM about dosages and escalation. So here it is fellas. Notice nothing drastic on my end. Mostly will increase orals and layer on some Tren toward the end as the final icing on the cake.
    Depending on how Phase 1 goes I may increase NPP a tad.

    The below (if formatting is whack I created an attachment).

    Some notes on my decision making and thoughts currently, things are subject to change.
    I will start with what I am most unfamiliar with:

    RAD140: My principle goal with this compound and why I am keeping it, the compound should do well augmenting strength and from my understanding it does so relatively quickly. I plan to put this to the test Sunday on my squat day before deload, as I know I am not expecting anything new and distinct from 1 injection of NPP lol. However if Sunday doesn't go great I won't be calling the product bullshit, I am reasonable lol I have a lot of data and I will be able to gauge RAD140 as I come back from the deload and see what the numbers look like. I am fairly confident in the RAD140 and thus its programmed in for all 3 phases.

    S23 is not included simply because as I get closer to a power lifting competition we need to augment strength/neural attributes which S23 is not as effective at. So, I am using it now to help with anabolism and keeping me lean as I bulk to 220+

    So why am not bumping up any injections, other than tren? Well, I want to save that magic for after the powerlifting goals and we start cutting down for Bodybuilding. From there we will give the liver a bit of a break. We will then slightly bump the test and masteron and begin our cut! Once we get closer to a bodybuilding show being a reality then we will reintroduce orals that are more conducive to that goal.

    Whew today was fire!
    Increased my set by 1, I know may not sound like much but 3x3 to 4x3 is a 30% increase in work, remember we got a plan we don’t just “go hard” lol

    Today felt really great, I may be umm happy with some of these SARMS lol my strength is feeling good.

    Tomorrow I take a big squat as my last workout this mesocycle and as I said I deload for a week with some very light blood flow workouts in the mix

    I’m gonna come back from this deload strong as fuckkk
