    Shut Down Due to Injury

    I'm taking about 14 days off from lifting as I tweaked my shoulder today. I have full range of motion and zero pain, but tweaked it enough to not want to risk further injury. I'm doing 50mg Tren A ed and 133mg of test e3d. Should I stop with the injections until I start back up lifting or keep pinning? Cost of product is insignificant in my decision.

    Iíd run some TB 500 and bpc157. The help speed up the healing and recovery they worked great with my pec tear.

    Maybe a little bit because itís a HGH secretagogue but i think your best bet would be the TB and BPC.

    NPP? My joints love it. And at low dose it takes a while for ED issues to start. If you get any at all. I'm hitting 700mg NPP a wk amongst other things. No problems what so ever.

    Well I don't think I'm going to continue the Tren A. Just the test. This really sucks, I was on day 10 of my Tren cycle and the strength just did kick in like the day before.

    unfortunately, things like tren,superdrol, can make us feel like superman and we may overdo it. hopefully its nothing serious and just a little rest and youll be gtg. good luck,bro

    I mean mentally it may suck but 2 weeks isnít bad as long as you are eating you may feel weak when you get back in it but. The rest might do you more good, i know i have a tendency to overdo things and only take rest time when i need it. Iím always sore when i start back up and i feel weak but the next week Iím right back in it

    Stay on your meals and do what you can in the gym. Legs for example. You don't have to be completely dormant. Wear a weighted vest and climb the stairmaster or an incline walk on the mill. Know what I mean?

    I would continue with test for sure, PT for your shoulder, also Iíd add sauna, cardio and stretching for your mind and overall wellness while recovering
