Here is Monday’s workout nothing crazy keeping most of my lifts basic and just trying to move as much weight as possible while keeping good form. Definitely trying to add more trap exercises in to help bring up some of the lagging parts. Sticking to mainly BB shrugs but i tried out the hammer strength machine this time too.

when you list barbell curl of 60 or 70...what are you referring to? 60-70lbs plus the barbell?

My bad i should have been more specific, i actually used the pre-loaded bars. So the entire thing was 60 or 70.

Today was push, my pec was feeling pretty good not too much irritation there after my warm ups so i decided to do a little more for chest instead of shoulders and triceps. I had a great pump by the end though and little to no discomfort in my pec which is even better.

Hey guys sorry caught a fun case of strep and bronchitis last week. I’ve been on n prednisone and antibiotics and been all sorts of fucked up, first day back in the gym was yesterday. Definitely lost some strength and weight but it will come back for sure just need to buckle back down and start pushing again. Started my first workout back in the gym with a little back and biceps.

Little update on our buddy here. He has had to drop all compounds due to health reasons. Nothing life threatening but still nothing to play around with. He’s got some dr appointments coming up and more blood work.

Thank you everyone for being so patient and understanding. So it after 3 blood tests at 3 separate different hospitals it turns out i am pre-diabetic. I was waking in the middle of the night going hypo, including clammy skin shakes headaches, super irritable, sweating, nausea and some other symptoms. I would have to eat 5-6 popsicles or a bag of gummy’s to get it up. Doctors are working with me to get my blood sugars under control. I’ve never been one to eat a lot of sugars but my diet does consist of a lot of white rice. Also diabetes runs in my family so it could also be a shit hand Of cards. As for now they have given me a glucose meter and I’ve been slowly adjusting my diet and talking to a few Nutritionalists. As for now though the growing has been halted i hope to have everything back under control soon.

Okay so I have similar issues. If you're going hypo it's not prediabetes unless your A1c/average daily glucose is high along with fasted glucose.

No one has been able to actually figure out what my problem is, except theorizing that I either have an overactive pancreas or I just have high glucose demand.

I also get rebound hypoglycemia if I eat too many simple carbs in a meal or if I have my first post workout meal and don't follow up soon enough with more carbs. I lift in the evening so it makes this difficult.
 
Also, what does your diet look like and how has it changed from before starting this blast/symptoms started? The types of carbs you're eating and the fats alongside make a difference as well as the timing along with workout timing.

I've managed to get mine under control over the last couple years. Makes dieting harder but you can manipulate your macros to accommodate more carbs which could help the issue. I'm always available if I can help you with this, as I do have a lot of experience with it.
