    BCAAs have been proven study after study to be useless. They have so many studies proving them to be ineffective including meta-analysis. Idk why people continue to try to push BCAAs. I guess itís because their will always be clueless consumers who buy any supplements with cool labels and false promises. Other than vitamins, minerals, and some herbs creatine is the only
    supplement anyone should spend money on. Maybe a good whey protein isolate if you live a lifestyle where you absolutely canít eat for extended periods of time. Other than that your pissing money away.

    BCAAs are not worthless but they are not necessary if you consume a diet with quality protein. Those who push them usually have a financial interest in them.
