I say why even get married if you want fuck other people? There's absolutely no reason to be married to someone you don't want to fuck exclusively because if these fuckers can go 500+ days without jerking off "No Fap" and they're single guys, then you're a POS if you can't deal with getting it only 1-2 times a week from your wife. Guys, if your like that then don't fucking get married, it's just plain dumb, if you can't dedicate, don't commit. Fair points. If you know ahead of time you cant be with one woman, good lord... don’t tie the knot! I believe many people fall in love but aren’t ready or just won’t commit to loving their person, therefore an open relationship might be good for some people but I have no case studies nor do I know anyone who has been successful at this type of relationship. I think it would take a particular set of circumstances and very particular type of person(s) for it to be a functional relationship. I mean I know with me, once I get my feelers going she’s mine and there’s just no way I can share, whats mine is mine! lol

I agree. Avoided getting hitched for that reason among others.

But I believe most guys (plenty of women as well) don't foresee the changes coming. It may be sex 3-5 times a day in the time leading up to marriage and maybe the same afterwards, but 5 years later it might be close to nothing at all.

In relationships, I've run into that issue with women maybe a couple times, if that, but far more often it's been me and not her that had desire dry up. So I can't condemn, lol...

Yeah don't get hitched.

That's understandable, but the whole issue could be eliminated if people used their brains and weren't quick to get married if they have commitment issues. But unfortunately most people don't think with their heads, much less be introspective.

But everyone knows sex dies down on a relationship after the first year or two. Everyone also knows marriage lowers sexual frequency even more. If you're a sexaholic and can never be satisfied you need to start a plural family like "sister wives", or just stay single and have several girlfriends who are freaks. Lol

I'm right there with you on those numbers....married 11 years also.
