Ive been outta commish for some time. Next week everything changes so i figured why not start up a food log for anyone and everyone to be a part of if they want.
I will try and log daily of everything im taking in , including macros to the best of my ability..
I may through in some nutritional threads also.. Depends how crazy i feel.
So to kick this off.
This is a salad mainly spinach with some iceburg lettuce and kale.
Carrots ,green olives, blk olives, broccoli, green peppers
And buffalo flavored tuna.

Is that for the tuna salad?? That must be like 2 and half cans of solid white albacore! And isn’t that a similar amount of carbs that would be in a half a cup oats?

Yummy could go for some right now!! Forgot no cafeteria today with my shift all over the place thinking today was friday..hahaha..oopsy.!?*¥θ₩ Gonna have to leave and run over to the grocery store for some food.

Ok ran over to the store grab a rotisserie chicken and made myself a fresh salad with cucumbers broccoli carrots mainly spinach ,green Spanish olives ,some shredded cheese , parmesan. Cherry tomatoes. and I'll add the rotisserie chicken to the salad also. I picked up 2 greek yogurt also .

The rotisserie chicken is about1600 cals, 0 carbs 80fat 160 protein.
 
I had a large coffee today with french vanilla creamer. No sugar also.
 
Keep it coming everyone. This is the motivation i need!! Monday starts my comeback!!
