Went down to N.C for vacation. Had to Come back early because the place was horrible.. on a good note.
Had my first crab boil . Needed more seasoning but was decent.

Last night we did some cooking at home.
Made 3 different types of stir fry.
One was an Asian sauce, one was in a brown gravy, and I don't recall the last one. But it had a real stronger ginger taste to it. The first two I loved . The last was a little over powering.

Some homemade stuff shells. The sauce was absolutely amazing!!! And some homemade Filipino bistek.. the steak was very tender and tons of flavor .. another amazing dish.

Last night had mash potatoes steak, beans, Also a meatloaf with potatoes and green beans
Today at work left over meatloaf with green beans and potatoes banana and pistachios

Sorry..ever since the fire at one of our other plants. We have Been working to make up the difference. We are just now settling down somewhat.. plus moving and court things had been a mess. So with the added bullshit behind me I will be much more active.
Nothing special. Just a jambalaya. Made ok. ...soso

Tonight had made some homemade spaghetti and meatballs, nice green salad. Broccoli, cucumber, lettuce, add seasonings. And tomato.. kids don't like tomatoes..
There was some bread but not homemade, and nothing I ate. Also , about 6-7 hot Italian sausage. Fresh but not homemade. From Roma sausage. Kids aren't to find of hot sausage so I removed from the sauce and meatballs.
