    CL31 USRS Log

    So it's time to get this thing going.
    I've been sent Test Cyp, Deca, and Anadrol from usroidstore to log.

    I'll be running
    400 Test
    500 Deca
    100 Anadrol (dropping to 50)

    A couple things to note:
    I may up test to 600mgs pw. This is depending on how I feel.

    I have already dropped to 50mg pd with the Anadrol. I've heard a lot or appetite issues with Anadrol and I've been experiencing it already after only 6 days. The past couple days I just haven't had to usual appetite I have and it's very noticable to me because I make an effort to eat. I'm hoping that lowering my dose will have my appetite like it was.

    I will be posting pics for visual changes.

    I will do my best to give and honest review of this gear, being objective and honest.

    I've currently been on Test Cyp and Deca for 8 days.

    I will log food and workouts for most days.

    I will be doing blood work as well.

    Hit some chest, tris, and shoulders today. I've slacking in the gym the past week. That's over now.

    Bicycle - 14 miles

    Incline barbell bench
    135 x 20
    165 x 20
    195 x 12
    225 x 8
    255 x 6 x 2
    275 x 1
    285 x 1
    295 x 1 (felt good, smooth)

    Was planning on working up to a little bit more, but since I have been slacking a little, I could feel a little nagging from my shoulders and listened to them. This seems to go away as I lift daily.

    Finished up incline bench with a couple drop sets.

    275 x 3 (6 second negative/ 2 second pause)
    Drop to 225 x 3 (6 sec neg/ 2 second pause)

    225 x 8
    Drop to 135 x 8
    then a 20 sec static hold between the pos and neg

    Flat narrow barbell bench
    135 x 20 x 3

    Tricep extension downward
    50 x failure
    40 x failure x 2
    40 x failure - then
    Drop to 30 and squeeze the fuckin shit out of tris at the end of the positive. Nice burn.

    Overhead dumbbell tricep extension (both hands behind head on dumbbell)
    50 x failure x 2
    50 x failure then drop dumbbell and do overhead tricep extensions with rope with 40 lbs x failure x 2
    This was a nice little superset/drop set

    Downward one handed tricep extension
    10 x failure x 2 (with each hand)

    Bent over cable flys (rear delts)
    10 x failure x 3 (with each hand)

    Flys (outward)
    15 x failure x 3

    Flys (upward - palm down)
    15 x failure x 2

    Flys upward (upward - palm sideways)
    15 x failure x 2

    That was it for today. I can feel my endurance is not where it usually is. Muscle fatigue came on quick. I'll get it back lol

    I'm definitely glad I lowered the dose down. Appetite is normal now. I hate not being hungry all the time. (I eat before I get hungry most of the time; generally speaking in bodybuilding or powerlifting, if you wait until you're hungry to eat, you've waited too long to eat - unless cutting)

    Just been eating today.
    Craving sushi after honey baked ham and prime rib. I remembered there's a sushi joint less than a mile from my house.
    Didn't know they have ayce for $23. Today wasn't the day for that, but you better believe CL31 will be putting some serious hurt to their profits for several days coming up. Fuckin love sushi
    Eel is on point. Rolls are good; not great. I use hella spicy mayo, but I've had some of the fr3shest/best sushi out there.

    Gym at 5 am as soon as they open.
    Couldn't go yesterday or today and I'm kind of wiggin out. Christmas was great though.
