How to Sterilize?

If you're bent on using them, wrap the individual pins in foil and throw them in a Pressure cooker @ 15 PSI for 15 minutes.

That is how I sterilize airports for mushroom jars, works great. I'd just buy needles for .10 a piece though.

You can store them in alcohol until ready to use. Its what we did before you could buy single use syringes decades ago.

Ours didnt have plastic on them so you might just draw a 1/4 ml of alcohol and then push it out into a sink and draw the oil next.
