good lord, he is dumber than a box of rocks. and his form still sucks. Why would anyone love lifting weights this much to continue like this knowing your damaging yourself so much eventually you’re gonna be just like a quadroplegic ... I just don’t get it man.

Because he only understands and knows 1 speed. Balls to the wall. He mentally can't slow down to save himself.
