Injecting testosterone with complicated Influenza (flu)

Was rushed into the ER on Tuesday night with tachycardia at 160-170, crushing chest pain and a 39.4c fever.

After a few hours and many of tests they said I have the flu, influenza A virus.

They monitored me in the resuscitation unit for a good 7 hours. Then when my resting heart rate dropped to 110-120 they discharged me with a prescription of Tamiflu. Apparently if any symptoms get worse I have to return.

I was due my normal weekly test cyp 200mg injection on Monday... Its now 10 days post injection and I feel weird! Can't tell if its the late injection or the Tamiflu but I usually feel like this about 10-14 days post injection so I'm betting its the testosterone. Can I inject this today or do I have to wait for this to clear up?

Seem to remember reading in a few different places that you shouldn't inject while sick with an infection or virus... Something to do with further compromising the immune system.

So the 200mg should be fine? Or possibly a reduced dosage like 140mg?

I don't want to make myself really sick but at the same time i don't want to fall more sick from not maintaining my levels.

Like REHH said, just replace your levels and don't crash..
People on trt get sick all the time it doesn't change anything, why would having testosterone serum within normal range make people even sicker when they are sick?
You're simply just keeping yourself at the levels that a healthy normal functional male should be, with that said attempting to try and keep yourself at a normal functional male should not make you sicker, you're keeping yourself within the natural balance that you should be..
But do keep in mind that naturally men will feel more sicker with the flu compared to females, the man flu is a legitimate phenomenon..
Just keep your levels optimal, and ride it out..
