A good point was made on another forum.... unlawful posession of a syringe?

Meanwhile they have programs where they hand out as many new syringes as they want to heroin junkies to shoot their drugs. How does that work?

He was probably just a fucking asshole and everybody on the force hated him.
Sounds like he and his side kick were loudmouth idiots and it wan't much of a secret what they were doing. I mean how do you get stung by the police dept in a small town when you work for said PD?

There is a lot more to this story, like the police dept probably knew about this guy and it wasn't until he was reported for brazenly dealing that they decided to do anything.
Until then they probably just let him do what he wanted. Notice how eager they are all of the sudden to get tough...

Fuck the police, especially when they are going around doing and profiting from the very activities they are taking people to jail for.

There was a similar situation in Spokane where a cop and his wife, both cops and IFBB pro's were busted for steroids. DHS "alerted" the department that they had intercepted a package from China addressed to the dude. The police chief started in with the "zero tolerance" shit and even though this guy was some sort of stud SWAT guy, they went after him and his wife. Turns out there was some relationship with the wife and a DA chick. The DA chick was also fucking some notorious inmate at the jail and doing favors for him. The wife claimed discrimination because she was in a mix race marriage.
The dude got to retire. The wife kept her job. The DA got fired. The inmate is still probably a shitbird criminal inmate.
The dude just competed recently.
They were all very well known BBers but no one ever suspected steroids. LOL!
