    Scales

What scale do you use to weigh yourself? Our gym scale is super inaccurate at the gym we go to, even though it claims its calibrated. Our scale has currently broke at home and is saying we weigh anywhere from 20-40lbs from what we actually weigh in at. Looking to buy a new one and curious to see if there are any you stand by (hopefully on too)

I'll look at the brand I got when I get home tonight. I've had this digital scale for 10 years or so so I'd say quality is very good. I use it as a secondary check point the mirror never lies!

    Looks like a nice scale.
How is the body composition on these things?
I have a cheap one and it seems to vary wildly.

The weight is spot on the body comp maybe questionable I still rely on and trust my calipers. The body fat% for me was off a few points but still well worth the money
