    Carb cycling

    How do you guys do it? I am currently eating 300g. I am thinking 300g 3 times a week and 200g 4 times a week?

    Well, it kinda is.

    If he's not replacing the carbs with fat, it's just calorie cycling.

    The carb deficit doesn't HAVE to be huge for certain people.

    I wouldn't think this set up would yield much in terms of the response you're after when you are trying to carb cycle though.
