None.
Spend the time, energy and money you would spend on vitamins by improving your nutrition.
This is really the right way to do it for health. Period.

However, I do supplement specific things for specific reasons. Here my list now

P-5-P: Prolactin suppression

Beet root: blood pressure

Circumin: Help prevent cardiomyopathy

K complex w/ D3: scavenge plaque/prevent plaque buildup, plus I'm always deficient in D with out 2000iu daily

Bergamot extract: lipids, glucose disposal

Flax meal: lipids, Omega supplement

That's all I take now. All for very specific reasons. Mostly involving heart health as you can see.

How well is the beet root work for BP and what dose are you using? I would think on par with cialis. Recently picked some up from TN, but only dosing about 10g preworkout.

I'm kind of on the fence, but I do take a multi vitamin every night before bed.

Depends on the type of vitamin, the health condition you are treating, age of person & the dosage whether it does nothing, helps or harms you. My short answer would be there is no proof & FDA regulation. There are no evidence based clinical trials supporting safety & efficacy.

Multis give me bad gas and have been proven to be useless , the only studies proving them are propaganda ...anything that gives you bad gas is useless and toxic ...there's tons of research in Denmark ..people there are shunned for bad gas so they take it seriously there and have effective methods to prevent it .The women there will never date a man that openly farts and if it smells she will let everyone know . Recently legislation was passed making publicly passing gas a jailable offense up to 2 years in prison , the irony is that their people voted it in .

I’d be in prison for life in Denmark. My kids and I have farting competitions almost daily.

Mmm I say yes to multi vitamins. If your diet consists of the same foods every day. You will be deficient in some vitamins and minerals. I dont buy multi vitamins. I buy the vitamins alone like vitamin c , e , d , and zinc. You have to check what vitamins are missing in your foods your eating and not just take a them for the fuck of it.

Get Shredded!
When dieting hard I like the idea of a good multi. When eating to grow, the micronutrients are probably already there.

Exactly Most multis sold are full synthetics and our body doesn’t absorb them at all

I thought your body only absorbed like a smaller percentage of what's taken. Like 25-30% or something???
I take three bc of this lol

No you're right. I saw a article where they measured different levels after a multi vitamin and measured their urine content. Bioavailability is there, but the body willingness to absorb it is limited for whatever reason.

I remember the percentage being less than half

You should try to cover it all in diet but, that's not gonna happen with most people since they simply don't have the knowledge to eat what they need to to cover all the bases.

ADAM by NOW is solid.

I’ve taken animal paks since I was 17-18 and that’s been since 1994-ish... (heavy on the ish).. I’ve tried other multis but always come back to animal packs.. has just been a routine part of everyday for years
Like getting brushing my teeth and driving to work...

These are not exactly multi but I like to take D3 and CoQ10. I will also take a multi when I remember to grab a bottle.

The COQ10 is more of a warm fuzzy but the D3 is probably needed as I don't get a lot of sun
