SEATED CALF RAISE — 3x 10-12 reps
DONKEY CALF RAISE — 3x 10-12 reps
Chest
INCLINE PRESS — 2 “Feel Sets,” 3x work sets 12-15 reps
FLAT DUMBBELL PRESS — 3x 10 reps
HORIZONTAL CHEST PRESS — 3x 11 reps
DUMBBELL PULLOVER — 3x 8 reps
