Who has seen results by adding apple cider vinegar into your diet? I’ve seen lots of anecdotes and claims made on other sites by many people but hey if it helps get lean I will try it. Thanks for any insight.

Idk if I personally buy into stuff like this. The way I think is if you want to lose weight get your diet situated and get your ass on some cardio equipment lol

I don't think so. Solid diet and hard work are what actually works. No magic pills. Just work

It might provide a probiotic digestive boost if it contains the "mother". I would rather drink kefir or kombucha for that purpose. Also, may improve blood sugar levels when taken before a meal. I used it for a while and didn't notice much of anything though.

I’ve used it this like this: 16 oz of water with 4 oz of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 1/2 tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper I would sip on it throughout my day and even at the gym. It goes without saying your diet should be clean or “cleaner” when trying to lose weight. During the time I was drinking this mix I was eating clean and doing cardio 2 times weekly. The first thing I noticed was the thermogenic effect the Cayenne and vinegar supplied it also worked like a diuretic. My waist starting shrinking and I lost a lot of subcutaneous water. For me it worked better than any over the counter fat burner and a lot cheaper. Being that it’s inexpensive it wouldn’t hurt to try. Another thing if you can’t get over the vinegar taste add lime juice.

Apple Cider Vinegar wont magically reduce fat. There are no short cuts. To lose weight you need to diet and do cardio.

It's vinegar, there are health benefits to ACV with "the mother" but that boils down to improved gut health and digestion (both controversial and debatable claims). It is not thermogenic, after all it's just vinegar. That being said, I did see marked improvement with acid reflux with 2-Tbsp a day in water.
