Hope you feel better.. This happen to my son earlier this week. He is only 8. Driving in the car all of a sudden his nose was bleeding from both nostrils.. Couldnt stop it. By the time we got to urgent care his arms and hands were covered in blood. His face clothing and the back of my car had blood all over it.. It took about 3-4hrs before they were finally able to stop it.. We kept him home for 3 days. To keep an eye on him. Never seen anything like it.. Everyone staired when we arrived. Looked like he was brutally assaulted.Well no training for me for a few days, was in the hospital all day yesterday.
Was driving in the morning to a job when out of nowhere my nose starts gushing blood. Pulled over for 30min trying to stop it. It was running down my throat into my stomach and out my nose on my clothes. Drove to urgent care a few miles away, they tried to stop it for an hour and couldn't so called 911 and ambulance came and got me. Was in the emergency room all day and into the night. Had to leave with an expandable Rhino plug about 4 inches up both nostrils and keep them in overnight. Just took them out earlier, luckily didn't start bleeding again so looks like everything good. Dr told me no work or working out for couple days.

Damn man. Glad you're okay. That's a crazy nosebleed. We have a wood stove in our house so it gets really dry in here during the winter months too. I usually end up with a couple nosebleeds every winter and a sinus infection. Never anything like that.
Guess you need to quit snorting so much coke and meth in your dry house lol
Damn rehh. That's scary stuff with the nose bleeds. I used to get them bad (not as bad as you described) and I also put a humidifier in my bedroom and it serious put an end to my nose bleeds. Hope it works for you also.
I'll be doing that! Gotta pick up an iron kettle too, I have a small one but it's just not enoughGet a humidity monitor at Walmart or Home Depot and you can see how dry your house is. with a wood stove I bet you're down to 20 or 30% humidity. My uncle used to keep a big pot of water on top of his wood stove all the time which would help bring the humidity up in his house. 40-60% is the range you want to keep.
Back up to 230lbs
While hospital stuff going on i dropped back to my beginning dose of 4mg LGD4033 and 10mg MK677 ed.
Now I'm three days back to 6mg LGD4033 and 20mg MK677 , can really feel and see the difference. Shot up a few pounds, pumps and veins have increased. Biggest strength gains I've noticed so far have been just in the last few days.
Still doing TB500 at 1mg eod, hard to access it until the end i think but the shoulders are feeling better now. Shoulders, neck and low back are the three areas that give me the most trouble in that order. Chest and shoulder days are what hurt the most.
Thanks for the detailed explanation..
Glad to hear about the increase in strength and vascularity. Will you be going up to 10mg eventually on the lgd or hold with your current dosage.
Tb500 - After a few weeks time, i noticed that my shoulder hadnt really bothered me nearly as much as before i started taking it. It really helped with fluidity and a drastic reduction in pain/inflammation... Keep us updated please.
Off day from gym.
Here some more test results from recent bloodwork while in hospital.
Sorry if I missed, are you taking GH too?
Still having some problems with BP and headaches, I think mostly because of water retention. Was hoping it would of subsided by now. So staying at the same doses for now as stated above.
Here's the last three days blood pressure, today is good so far. Seems to spike and be highest at night when I check at 7-8pm
It’s got to be that MK... I had high bp and headaches also. I had a hard time donating blood while taking somatosine(spelling?) For that reason.. that’s when I bought my first bp cuff.
