Wife and I Log MK677, LGD4033, TB500

Is 4mg of LGD ED enough?

The recommended dose is 4-10mg, I can definitely feel it at only 4mg, it's strong stuff. My plan is to work up to 10mg ed.

Quads today, took it light and didn't push hard. Vascularity and pump has noticeably increased. Not much on strength increase yet but I normally don't get much strength increases on cycles anyway.. Wife thinks she starting to notice some strength, still too soon since still first week.

Starting week 2, Chest and triceps today. Definitely noticing more pump and vascularity, starting to see a little strength. I can't go up in dose just yet due to the water weight spiking my blood pressure and giving me headaches and other sides. Just have to hold here some more. The weight is still creeping up even tho I'm not trying to eat more, the increased hunger is definitely causing me to take in more calories. I'm surprised by the results at such a low dose, I might have to back my test down so I can take more. Test E is at about 350 a week and Mast E the same 350 a week, not high.
 
Yeah I'm getting close to 230 already, that's a lot of weight very quickly. I was down to 210 couple weeks ago, 215 when I started the sarms a week ago. Hard on the heart, kidneys and cardiovascular to put on that much weight so quick. BP is down some with the supplements, 130/80. Gonna see what happens in the next few days, maybe drop test E from 350 to 250 a week. Heading to the beach on Thursday hoping to get some surfing in. Maybe hit a couple gyms while there.

Wife is saying she's not feeling much so I'll probably bump her up to 6mg LGD soon. No side effects, just starting to notice a small bump in strength and endurance she says.

Yesterday back n bi's, felt stronger, vascularity is good.
228lbs, trying to hold where I'm at and not add anymore weight for now. All doses remaining the same. BP is better but still a little elevated.

Yes definitely noticable increase in hunger, not huge but noticeable....and I'm still only at half the dose, 10mg. Afraid I will eat like crazy and gain another 10lbs if I add the other 10mg. I will eventually go up to the full 20mg dose, just trying to let the body accumulate to the 15lbs ive gained.

2 hrs post is about good... however, is that good for YOU? pull more BS levels and get an idea.. Because 80's-90's are good as well, bit for me when I'm in my 80's I feel hypo.. So, what markers are good for you and how do YOU feel, that is what's key!

So far it's been good. Not out of range yet. Gonna move up the dose soon
 
Increase in blood pressure effects me almost immediately with mk-677 also. How would you compare this with GH? Do you also get an increase in blood pressure when starting GH?

Yes very similar. The first time I tried HGH was about 4yrs ago and similar to MK677 I gained about 10lbs the first week. My BP spiked way up to 150-160 and had to come off completely, wait a week or two then start back at only 1iu a day. Think I started at 2 or 3iu. So yes very similar. My bp is slowly coming back down to normal and the sides are getting better. Also now I'm much better prepared to combat high bp now.

From walking in the woods to in the frying pan 30 minutes later, took the belly loin, seasoned with Bahia Complete and pepper, lightly pan fried in olive oil. Yummy!! That was breakfast.

Tonight shrimp, scallops, and Halibut. Halibut was just caught by my friend on a fishing trip to Alaska.

Wife's training days this week. She's definitely feeling more endurance and strength now. Gone up on all her lifts, LGD4033 is working.

Still have her at 4mg ed.
