Is 4mg of LGD ED enough?

Yesterday back n bi's, felt stronger, vascularity is good.
228lbs, trying to hold where I'm at and not add anymore weight for now. All doses remaining the same. BP is better but still a little elevated.

2 hrs post is about good... however, is that good for YOU? pull more BS levels and get an idea.. Because 80's-90's are good as well, bit for me when I'm in my 80's I feel hypo.. Increase in blood pressure effects me almost immediately with mk-677 also. How would you compare this with GH? Do you also get an increase in blood pressure when starting GH?

No training today. Was supposed to be at the beach this weekend but got cancelled so decided to head down to my hunting property instead.
From walking in the woods to in the frying pan 30 minutes later, took the belly loin, seasoned with Bahia Complete and pepper, lightly pan fried in olive oil. Yummy!! That was breakfast.
Tonight shrimp, scallops, and Halibut. Halibut was just caught by my friend on a fishing trip to Alaska.
