It says that orders are automatically shipped from W1. How can you get the better promo if we aren't allowed to choose which warehouse we order from. I'd choose $200 bonus for spending $300 any day over $100.

W1 delivers almost all orders without issues, if customer provide all delivery info right and complete. So, orders from W1 have higher delivery rate (again, towards the USA). On the other side, W2 has discreet shipping available, which helps to deliver orders to those countries, where W1 was helpless. To Australia and Norway, for example, W2 has a better delivery rate, IF discreet shipping is chosen.

Therefore, if you add an items that is only in stock in W2, then the entire order must ship from W2.
An item only available from W2 forces W2 to be the warehouse for the order, if all is available from W1 the system automatically routes order to W1 for processing/packing.
