    Really appreciate that Bro itís been hard work, but as soon as coach gave me the game plan I just got right to it. The everyday struggle of life tries to keep us away from the iron but Growth is my drug of choice so to speak so Iím all in! Youíre definitely making progress. Shit, I saw your entry pics and could see you have the frame to build muscle on and I already know youíre naturally strong. That diet and intensity of those workouts will slice you up. I got a ways to go to achieve the development I know I can get but Iím progressing so thatís all the fuel I need. Itís a blessing we can motivate each other. ďGet Big By Any MeansĒ!

    Been low key last few days. Iím suffering from severe back pumps. Iíve been in pain since Saturday night. Although I want to work out still Coach advised me to just do cardio this week stick to my diet and ice/heat and get massages and rest up. It sucks but better to heal up then to make it worse. I extended my Anadrol to 5 weeks and upped it from 50mg to 75mg that last week and it came back to bite me in the ass! I will still post my 6 week update pics before the week is over. Yesterday I switched over from Test E/ Npp to The Blend of Test P/Tren A/Mast P. And arriving today was my 100 pack of 3cc syringe 5/8Ē needle combo from Amazon! $18.99 free shipping and was lighting fast now Iím ready to pin some new spots! Anybody have any Back Pump remedies Iím all ears. Right now Iím taking Taurine and drinking lots of water.

    Thanks one of the broís on another Forum recommended eating potatoís and extra sodium. He catches back pumps from Tbol a lot. This shit sucks ass Bro and these long shifts just make it worse. But all storms pass and Iíll be back at it. Each day just feels like a week away from the iron though.

    No doubt, back in May I got to sit in on a Q&A with Dexter Jackson, Chris Cormier and Breton Ansley and Dexter said the key to his longevity was knowing when to sit his ass down if something didnít feel right. Heís 50 and still placing top 5 at the O so that advice is golden. So when Monte told me to rest I didnít even fight it gotta know when to listen.

    Must have been a pretty cool experience Iím definitely jealous and we beat our bodyís to shit and letís face it a lot of the time think weíre invincible haha eventually itís gunna tell you hey stop being an idiot

    Man, I missed the gym! Last week I had to let my back heal but it felt like a month off. So where do I start ? Ok, Iím at 229 as of this morning problem from being inactive. My back is better but not 100% so I need to be careful and smart with my lifts and stretch more. Montego has put together a full dose of Fortitude Training for the rest of the contest and Iím also doing 5 -30 minute cardio sessions now. Iím into my second week of the Tren/Mast/Test blend so far so good just night sweats so if thatís the only bad side I encounter @ 350mg of Tren Weekly then Iím good. I figure itíll fully kick in Before the end of the week. Next Monday I will be adding 50mg of Winstrol daily and this along with the blend will be what I ride the rest of the way with. Went and got bloods drawn Wednesday the day before thanksgiving so I should be getting the results back this week. Let me list my workout and get my ass in the bed! Gotta get my cardio in the morning!

    Upper Loading A
    Wide Pulldown 8@260,8@260

    Meadow Rows 8@115,6@125

    DB Bench 10@100,10@100

    Dips (5 seconds up/5 seconds down)

    Smith Machine Military Press (Two beginners were playing with it so I used the Hammer Strength instead) 8@280, 6@280

    Lateral Raises 10@40,10@40

    Lower Pump

    Different from what Iíve been doing which was 15-20 reps for the pump portion. Now Iím doing 5 full reps then 5 partial reps on the bottom portion of exercise. Then 4,3,2,1 all just like 5 for a total of 15 full reps and 15 partials all straight through without a break until you get to the next exercise. Serious, if you do this right itís a whole different type of feeling in your fibers. At least for me tonight Iíll list the Exercises and weights I used

    Calf Press 270
    Pin Selection Leg Press 250
    Split Squat 45
    Single Leg Hamstring Curls 70
    Adductor 250
    EZ Bar Curls 92

    Last night was supposed to be Lower Loading A but my back was extremely stiff did cardio instead and attacked the workout this afternoon. Cautious but focused I got in there and zoned out. I pinned about 90 minutes before the gym the test/tren/mast blend has kicked in for sure. This is day 11 and although I was injured today I felt fresh I made sure my breathing was steady during my sets and held my core steady as I focused on my quads hams and claves. Then the upper body pump session was just as intense. The 5 in the hole sets is not for pussies! Iím working out 3 days straight this week (today,Friday and Saturday) this will shock my muscles Iím sure. Tomorrow and Saturday Cardio will be in play. As for side effects, just night sweats not every night but regularly Iím drenched but it could always be worse. Tomorrow will make it officially 5 business days for my lab work hopefully Iíll have that for everybody tomorrow. Before I list my workout I just want to thank everybody who checked on me when my back started fucking with me. I appreciate the unity here in general and I hope itís at least one person here who is motivated by my log. The great logs Iíve subbed to give me more and knowledge to kill this shit.     Murdered the gym on a late night. Felt super focused. First time doing these Muscle ďRoundsĒ
    No joke , nice full burning pump the whole time. I havenít figured it out yet but Tren is definitely a different creature. Shoulders slicing up nice

    Starting to see some growth and details. Cardio is going to bring it all together. Biceps starting to get that ďsplitĒ and a different peak. Itís a process but itís paying off though.

    Right back at it tomorrow.

    Upper Muscle Rounds A

    Rounds are 6 sets of 4 reps with ten seconds or 5 breaths between sets. Donít bullshit! Put some real weight on there and get to it. Some exercises are two rounds and some are 1 round.

    Machine Flat Bench 2 rounds@225

    Stretch Pushups 1 round at body weight

    Dead Stop DB Row 2 Rounds @ 80lb DB

    Stretchers 1 round at 140

    Rear Delt Destroyers (please google them) youíll see for your self. They are brutal! 50 reps@40lb DB 30 reps@25,20@15

    Face Pulls 1 round @100

    EZ Curls 21ís 3 sets of 21ís @ 72

    Underhand cable extensions 21ís 3 sets @55
