    Back at it today guys feel brand new woke up have my energy back no sickness no nausea no diarrhea no headaches itís like Iím a brand new man lmao... I have upper loading/ lower pump today and Iím excited to get back in the gym i know itís only been 3 days out and my body definitely need it but Jesus it feels like forever and Iím anxious. Will follow up with this after the workout

    Alright guys back in the saddle today
    Meal 1: pre workout
    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 bagel tbsp PB

    50ng proviron
    Probiotics
    Fiber
    Multi vitamin

    Today was upper loading/ lower pump split b

    Definitely felt rested but didnít feel like I was as strong as I should have been considering how sick I was and the fact I couldnít keep any food down and lost some weight and was dehydrated not a terribke workout pump was great intensity was there just feel like it would have been better if I wasnít sick

    These were all performed after to warm up/pump sets and will have full movements and bottom half movements when available


    Close grip pulldown
    231(+6lbs) * 10 full 8 bottom half
    231* 8 full 4 bottom half

    Rack pulls
    425(+5lbs) * 7 full would have gotten 8 but I hit the rack and fucked up
    425* full 5 failed on 6

    Decline DB bench stick with the 110ís
    110* 9 full 6 bottom half same as last time
    110 * 8 full 5 bottom half (+1 full) (+2 bottom half)
    Will have to see how I feel next time around maybe the 115ís

    Weighted dips to failure
    60lb DB 21 reps failed on 22nd

    DB shoulder press
    100* 10 full 2 bottom half(+2 full + 2 bottom half)
    Shoulders were super tight didnít wanna Injure anything dropped down to 80lbs for next set
    7 full 5 bottom half

    Shoulders were toasted after this super tight and pumped

    Upright rows
    115(+5lbs) 14 reps
    115* 11 failed on 12th
    Lower pump
    Calf demolition
    Single leg extension
    Seated leg curl
    Machine leg press

    Than 30 minutes of LISS cardio ( didnít wanna be an over achiever monte )

    Like I said the workout wasnít terrible I just know it would have been 10 times better but we are all dealt cards and just gotta bounce back stronger glad Iím feeling better and back In the gym and excited to keep cruising and making strides tunnel vision baby on a mission!!!!

    Meal 2: post workout
    2 cups dyno bites
    2 cups egg whites
    1 packet oats
    1 banana

    Meal 3:
    7 oz chicken breast
    1.5 cups white rice
    1/2 avocado

    Meal 4:
    7 oz 97 ground beef
    1.5 cups white rice
    1/2 avocado

    Appetite has been fine no issues getting food down just a little bit of heartburn/ indigestion so Zantac will do the trick

    Also kept up on injections etc. even though I was sick still extremely smooth havenít had one issue with PIP

    Just over here tryna turn into a vanilla gorilla

    Whatís up guys Off day today but currently sitting at worn for a short mandatory meeting I got called in for

    Sleep was so so last night couldnít get comfortable was sweating like a pig but felt pretty good waking up considering

    Rest day today so just went in and did 30 minutes faster LISS cardio got a good sweat on my cardio isnít affected by any Of the gear usage in my opinion which is good

    Went home took the pups on a good walk they were hyper this morning and than

    Meal 1:
    3 whole eggs
    8 oz egg whites
    1 tbsp Pb
    1/2 cup oats

    Back is a little sore today but overall body feels great also pinned the test E tren E npp sloth as usual and took the usual 50mg proviron fiber brobitics multivitamin and some vitamin c just since Iím getting over being on my death bed haha

    Morning everyone slept like a baby last night having the window open and fan in helped as well haha night sweats werenít as bad

    Got a full 8 hours which isnít common for me so damn do I feel energized hunger is off the chain this morning canít wait to eat my pre workout meal and hit the gym.... today is lower loading/ upper pump soreness in the back is gone as well will update later hope everyoneís being productive with theee morning

    Lower loading/ upper pump was insane today guys those couple days off even though I was sick did me some good I guess strength was through the roof, energy and endurance were insane, pumps were tremendous. Just felt like an animal focus, intensity, felt like I could have just pumped iron all god damn day

    This is split B and done with full reps and partials reps all exercises had 2 warm up/ pump sets

    So stupid me I havenít been taking into account the load resistance weights for any of the machines like leg press etc so you will see some big weight increases here that is the reason I will identify them

    Leg press( resistance is 135lbs if extra weight)
    So set 1 is actually 785lbs (+10 from last time )
    Got a full 10 reps and 10 partial reps blasted through these so went up in weight next time

    Second set went up to 805(+20lbs from last time)
    8 full reps
    6 bottom half movement
    Failed hard going for the 9th

    Leg press widowmaker
    So this is same machine as prior (135 lbs extra)
    Total weight of 550(+50 lbs)
    25 reps will have to go up in weight again

    Duck smith squat
    These are all (+25 previous sets)
    255(+5lbs) 8 full reps 4 partial reps
    255* 6 full reps 4 bottom half

    Sissy squat
    Did these with a 35lb weight got 19 fell on my ass on the 20th

    Had to take a break after these I was burnt and feeling it

    Stiff leg BB deadís
    320lbs full 9 reps failed on 10th
    320 full 6 reps failed on 7th

    Felt these tremendously

    Aductor
    190 for 18
    190 for 13
    Went down 1 rep in each of these looking back at the log interesting

    Adductor
    170(+10lbs) 12
    170 9

    Close grip bench
    Stayed with 235 got 9 reps while hitting the fucking bench twice so I could have gotten more but still 1 more rep than last time
    235* for 7 which is one more rep from last time as well

    Ez bar curl
    105lbs 11 full reps 6 bottom. Half which is one more full than last
    Time

    105* 8 full 3 bottom. Half one more bottle
    Half than last time

    Hammer curls
    65lb dbs (+5lbs) 10 full reps each arm

    Upper pump
    DB hex press
    Hammer strength low
    Assisted pull ups

    Didnít do cardio today legs were trashed will do fasted tomorrow morning

    Meal 2: post workout shake
    2 cups dyno bites
    2 cups egg whites

    1 banana

    Meal 3:
    7 oz chicken breast
    1.5 cups jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado

    Meal 4:
    7 oz 93 ground beef

    Yeah man once I got my appetite back and could keep down water and everything it was over haha I was worried at first but once I got to thinking about how much my body put out and what I would take back in I stopped stressing so much just glad to be back throwing around some weight again plus now I realize that little rest did the body good

    Just got done with 30 min fasted LISS cardio Felt great I donít mind the cardio usually just put the headphones on and listen to a podcast over music lifting I need the music though haha todayís podcast was the latest ďitís just bodybuilding ď

    Got stuck at work late last night so passed out when I got home got a good sleep and took the pups on a nice walk this morning love those damn dogs

    Todayís an off day so just work and eating tomorrow is upper muscle rounds
    Body feels great , sleeps been good , recovery is amazing strength keeps going up overall well being is off the chart, really enjoying seeing the changes to my body and physique

    Will update throughout the day !!

    Alright guys another shit day at work haha and quoting what I said in another post on the board about roid rage being a myth because I should have for all intensive purposes snapped my bosses neck today but I was cool as a cucumber and made him look like a fool which might not have been the best decision but he was being extremely disrespectful... so anyway
